Wild Wings Golf Club

I decided to take some time out of my schedule to play a round of golf at one of my favorite go to golf courses. It was relaxing and enjoyable.

Peace of play was slow. Group in front was reading greens like they were playing in the PGA tournament and they still missed

The course was in decent shape given the water restrictions that we are currently facing. Overall, it was in good shape except for the greens. They were very thick and bumpy. Again, still enjoyed my round.

Friendly staff. Some holes were soggy on run up to greens and some greens were burnt perhaps due to fertilizer application. Good value.

Course pretty rough, including greens. I understand the lac of watering in CA, but the course in not worth playing for me.

I haven't played this course in a couple years but it went from a hidden Gem to a piece of crap. The greens use to be the best around. Now the worst I've played in recent times. They had hole plugs that weren't even installed flush. Gouges in the middle of greens and bumpy and slow as you can get. Every bunker look like they haven't been touched since the last time I played here 2 years ago. They were full of weeds and basically just waste areas not bunkers. No marshals and some people playing in groups of 5 and six. Slow as molasses. I quit after 9 and there was a log jam back on the 1 st hole again. They had a couple teenagers running the pro shop. They were nice but could give a hoot when I complained. Wish I could get my money back but for sure I'll never go there again.

The layout is entertaining for the price point. Greens were 7/10, tee boxes were 7/10. Fairways were dormant, bunkers were 1/10

Fairway are wide, al lot room for error. Rough is thick and greens are in great shape . Love the 3 5 pars on a 9 hole course

This is a 9-hole course and we played two rounds, total 18 holes. The tee box is different between rounds. Check-in was easy and staffs were very friendly. Our time tee was at 1pm but they allowed us to start earlier so that we could finish playing before dark. No many people played on that day although the weather was perfect. The bunkers were not well maintained. Sand and dirt were mixed. The green was too soft comparing to other courses.

Greens were damp, bumpy, and slow. but in very good condition. It was a cloudy overcast day but no wind. Staff very friendly and good customer service oriented. We recommend the golf course.

Greens were in very good condition in spite of rain previous day. Maintenance crew working hard on drainage. Scott at office provides very good customer service and friendly.

Wild wings is a very nice, well kept 9 hole course. Can’t beat the price for this place. Pace a play is really slow due to no Marshall. A lot of beginners tend to play here. There is no driving range, only nets. Greens were kept real nice. Staff is very friendly. No beverage cart. If I lived closer I would frequent this place to practice.
