About
Located in Nuevo Vallarta, El Tigre Club de Golf enjoys views that stretch to the western Sierra Madre. The design team of Robert Von Hagge, Mike Smelek, and Rick Baril transformed what used to be a flat piece of land into a lush, tropical paradise. Nine water features were added, which come into play on 12 holes, and the terrain was molded and contoured to provide interesting elevation changes. The golf course's proximity to the ocean means that it is also subject to strong prevailing winds, especially in the early evening. The course finishes with two of its most difficult holes. El Tigre Club de Golf's par-3 17th has plenty of sand and water in play to prepare you for the beastly par-5 finishing hole. This 621-yard monster is practically a par 6 with water down the entire left side and a green surrounded by sand.

Excellent
Never played here before, very windy today, a great test of golf from the back tees.some long carries,awesome par 3’s great finish par 5,little slow play,sand could use some work,,some world class golf holes, had a blast
Perfect Day
We enjoyed our day of golf at this course. The wildlife was an added bonus. Lots of iguanas, turtles and birds.

Greens rolled wonderful very consists and true. Woukd highly recommend this course. GPS on carts is always nice when u don't know the course.
El Tigre Golf Course
Very nice course with great variety. We booked on golf now and it was a good price. Expensive by booking through the course. We enjoyed playing El Tigre on our vacation.
Great layout!
Everything was great except for the fact that half of the greens were sanded either early this morning or yesterday and the other half was within the last few days making the roll of the greens inconsistent.
Fantastic layout and the GolfNow Hot Deal was very good value!

My wife and I had a great time golfing El Tigre.
Course was in excellent shape and pace of play was also good

Course was in fantastic shape and the staff was very courteous both inside the clubhouse and outside as well

Everything was good except we had to start on the 4 th hole instead on numbe 1 due to fertilizing the fairways.
Other than that, an awesome round. Really enjoyed it

More water hazards than I thought it would have. Tee ball is critical to position for second shots.

Had a great game with a couple of guys from Washington state. Very friendly staff and the course was challenging but forgiving

Great track
I love this course. It’s is in very good shape. Have nothing to complain about. Look forward to playing it again on Wednesday and Thursday.
