Great shape
The courses in beautiful shape the people are a little bit stuffy

This is not your local muni.
This golf course is really nice. No driving range but the nicest 4 bay hit into a net I've ever seen.
The course is by no means long. However if you hit a lousy shot left or right you will pay for it.
The greens are absolutely beautiful. They are fast and smooth.
The staff was frankly a mixed bag. This is a gated community. The first interaction with the guard at the gate was less than welcoming. The pro shop and bag drop staff were great. The pro shop even lent a putter to one of my playing partners when hers broke.
Guys, this is not the club to show up looking like your going out to gym class in high school. Plan on having a collared shirt and standard golf shorts. They will request that you tuck in your shirt if they see that it's not.
Bottom line, for $45 on Golfnow this is the deal of the century.
Homeowner Threatening Violence
Beware of house on Hole #1 near the green. Someone accidentally hit the ball near his yard and the homeowner was ready to kill someone, yelling obscenities and threatening violence. Almost had to call the police. Crazy.
My opinion: If you don’t want the the sport of golf happening near your place of residence, don’t buy a house on a golf course.
Great little course
We thoroughly enjoyed our round at Glen Eagle and the course is in top condition. The only complaint would be the pace of play at 4 1/4 hours for a relatively short course.
Naples Guy
The course was in meticulous shape. You can easily put from the fairway. Well worth it. I'm playing again tomorrow.
