Green conditions are unbearable and pointless. Check before you book

A great par 3 for summertime with a cart. It really cuts down on play time if you don’t have 4 hours. They have driving, putting and chipping areas. It’s a nice place with helpful, friendly staff. Texas 9 is very affordable, also.

We love this course!!

Attendant at the front desk warned us about the aeration of the greens back in May. 3 months later, I would have expected better care with how much rain we got in June and July but I feel like they would have been patchy at worst but it doesn’t look like they are getting seeded or watered on the regular. Some holes were straight up sand with more sand on the green than in the bunkers. Maybe they needed to shut down for 2 weeks and get them in working order. Fairways were great, well kept and mowed. Overall there is way too many water hazards for a 9 Hole Par 3 Course. If the course was just in better condition, I would play here again and put it in my regular rotation, It’s a great course for working on your short game but I felt every hole you couldn’t count on the conditions of your puts, you will definitely 2-4 putt every hole in its current state.

Greens are in sad shape. Not sure if they lack water or fungus. Fairways are fair.

The course could use some TLC especially on the greens which were as bumpy as dirt bike track.

Super fun and great way to practice your iron/wedge shots!

Greens are a work in progress but above all else the customer service is unmatched. Greens aren’t the best and are a work in progress but let’s be honest you were going to 2/3 putt anyways so let’s be glad there is a valid excuse now!

Absolutely will be back!

Don’t be fooled by the 1 Golfer | Cart Included ad. They will make you sit with a random without reimbursement of the cart fee, if you expect to have an odd number of people, request a limo cart for your Tee time, Layout was fine, would definitely come back for some short game practice, although, almost every green seemed to be “in repair”. Looks like they’re working on it, just makes for some rough putting ahead.

Nice little par 3 course for a quick round to work on the short game. Good layout with variety of holes.

Fun little 9 hole pitch and putt course. Lots of beginners and couples which was great. It’s great that courses like this exist to get people into golf in a stress free environment that isn’t too intimidating. However the course itself is ROUGH and I thought they really needed to add amenities like cart girls and some food/bev options given they cater to a more low key 9 hole pitch and put experience. Staff and Marshall were very friendly and can’t beat pricing.

Such a fun course with a fantastic staff who are clearly dedicated to improving things every day. Really appreciate their hard work!
