If you want a challenge and appreciate proper fairways and greens. Then this is the place. The pace was great and still the refreshment cart was timely. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Beautiful hidden gem. Perfectly maintained course. Absolutely loved it. I wish 14th hole was not under repair.
Definitely will be back.
Do Yourself A Favor!
I’ll admit it’s a drive, but I could play this course everyday if it was more convenient. Clubhouse is nothing fancy, but staff is so friendly it makes up for it. Conditions are always good, cost one star because of a temp. green this time. Keep up the good work gents, love it!

Best Public Course
This has got to be one of the best public courses to play.
Great course, friendly staff
This course has the most unique greens in the state. But they are flattening out one of the best. Hole 14. If this sort of thing continues it will just be a friendly staff and cookie cutter greens.
Highly recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed the course, it's a great track in good condition. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming. I can't wait to go back and play it again.
Undulating Greens
Tee to green course is in excellent condition for this time of year. Most tee shots are straight. A few has slight dogleg. Greens were consistently fast with severe undulation. Pin placements were very difficult. I will definitely return.
Awesome!
Fully recovered from hurricane flooding and in fantastic shape. Greens exceptional and quick. Nice variety of hole designs. Staff very friendly.
Hidden Gem
It's worth the trip from Houston. The staff...awesome. The course is incredible - design and condition. Last time I played they were still working on the bunkers from Harvey damage.
Straight
The staff was fantastic. The food was good. I played behind a group and still finished in under 4 hours easily. The course was in great shape and would have received 5 stars except for the work still being done.
Course conditions
Course was under construction, but wasin great condition under the circumstances. Really enjoyed it.
Love the course
Always enjoy playing this course. Would drop the price a little since the sand traps are not complete yet. Everyone working there is always very pleasant and try’s to make it a good experience. Will come back
Wilderness - Always Great !
Course played well, dormant conditions with very smooth fast greens. Great condition. Working on bunkers from flood, but overall a great play.
Challenging
Great course. 7100+ yards from the tips. Playing during winter time course is still great and fun. Can’t wait for spring to hit!!
Can't Recommend Highly Enough!
Great course, one of the best in the area. Only downside is it's too far from home to play it all the time.
