Brad in the Pro Shop was extremely helpful !

I took my dog walker / assistant to play while she is learning. We booked on Golf Now same day for a great rate, the cart guy was great helping with bag drop. The course was nice. Pretty simple to see the layout and if you hit it straight off the tee it's no too challenging from what we saw on the first 7 holes. It started to pour on us and we had to go in. We found shelter under the clubhouse awning, not attached to the pro shop. We unpacked out bags under the awning like several other golfers. Since we were set we left the cart under the awning out of the way for cars to move in and out. We called the club house to see if we could get a rain check for the back and we were given less than welcoming help. We were told we had to come into the pro shop. It was a freaking monsoon outside and we were already soaked getting into our vehicle, get back out into the rain to go in and out wasn't an option. I realize it was only $55 but we would have at least like to have had an excuse to make the 45 min drive again. I'd think in this "digital" age my phone number my email or maybe booking me again right now for the future would have been a better answer than, sorry can't help you if you don't come into the pro shop.

The greens were aerated, as were some of the fairways. There was not any beverage cart to provide additional liquid Hydration . There wasn't any Ranger checking on us. It was a very hot day with feels like temperatures 106 degrees (we could've died out there if we had brought our own liquid.). In all fairness they did have water at the ninth and the 18th. We each took a glass of ice water with us from the Clubhouse at the beginning of our outing. One glass of water could hardly keep us hydrated through one hole. I was very disappointed at the price that we had to pay., Since they had aerated the greens in the fairways and we were not notified before we paid our GREEN fee. As I was leaving the clubhouse, I noticed that the price that we paid through GOLF NOW golf pass was the same that was listed on their board. So, I believe I could've gotten a tee time through the clubhouse without having to pay a Golf pass fees. I thought that the reason we go through golf passes is to save money, so I was a little curious as to whether we are getting a discounted rate when we go through go golfpass. Regardless, I will not be playing that course again.

The staff was very friendly both times that we played, the course was in excellent shape, the pace of play was not an issue at all. Will play again!

I play this course several times a year. The staff are always very good. The design is average for the area. Greens were a little bumpy after a dry winter. One of my top two.

great layout.. great greens.. excellent overall experience

We had a fantastic day at Valencia Country Club in Naples. The fairways and tee boxes were in decent shape, while the greens were in great condition—fast and challenging, especially for us coming from the Swiss mountains.

The staff was very courteous and helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We spent the day with our son and his friends and truly had a wonderful time together.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable round, and we would definitely recommend this golf course to others.

If you’re looking to play a 5 hour and 30 minute round, this is the place for you. Crazy slow pace. No help from staff. Avoid this course
