About
The Creeks Nine is one of three courses at the Hill Country Golf Club. Named after the creeks that meander through the layout, this course demands accuracy with water coming into play on several holes and numerous strategically placed bunkers. There are also wooded ravines and a variety of elevation changes to keep golfers on their toes. The Oaks Nine is named for the towering oaks that blanket the course. The courses are situated on over 200 acres of scenic Texas Hill Country, giving them each a beautiful landscape of rolling hills and lush meadows dotted with native oak trees and clear blue lakes. Hill Country Golf Club is also home to a driving range and putting green on addition to the three nines.

Special Course
Found a gem of a golf track in central Texas. 27 great holes. Greens were fast but nearly perfect. Fairways were like a carpet. Very forgiving if you don’t quite hit your shots straight. Will be playing it again.
Tough but fun
Overall, the course is very well maintained except for a few dead spots on one or two greens that I noticed. It also would be nice if the native rough would be trimmed back more so that it would be easier to find a lost ball haha. Water coolers are pretty much at every other hole which is a big plus when the Texas heat kicks in. Fairways are tight so aim is key.

Good Resort Course
If you are traveling to San Antonio to visit Sea World you'll want to bring your clubs and play this course. There are 27 holes that are fair and challenging.

Great place to golf
Hill country golf course is one of the best facility to play in the west side. All four of us were playing for the first here and enjoyed greatly. Can’t wait to go back.

Course design was great. The 27 hole course was fun to play. It was tight in many areas and makes you play smart and not just hit your driver on every hole. Fairways were in good shape not great. The greens were slow the first day I played and seemed better the second day. They may have just sanded them. The value I marked down because I whould have been disappointed to pay full price for the shape of the fairways and greens were in, however I played Golf Now hot deal which made it a great deal.
The staff was great, friendly, and helpful. The free practice ball's at the diving range was great as well. Be careful on creeks #1 hole as the driving range does come into play on the right side of fairway.
This is some country in the city as wild life is all around you. Deer every where, they were on the fairways as I drove up on several holes. Be careful going around corners with cart as there were two deer on the cart path.
Seen better days
I don’t know what’s going on at the course, but it must be something. The fairways are in great shape, but not the greens. There were a few greens that were in bad shape. Don’t really know why that is as there has been a lot of rain in the area lately. Hopefully they fix that, this is usually one of the best courses in the are.
Hill Country Golf
We thought the course was fun with great views. The staff was friendly and helpful. The course is in great shape but the greens were a little slow. Overall we really enjoyed playing golf here.

Perfect Round of Golf
We love playing this course. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.. The pace of play is perfect. The course is beautifully kept. You would never know you were playing a public course. The Pro Shop and restaurant have all you need, plus there is plenty of water on the course, as well as service as you play.

Green Conditions
The greens were the worst I have ever seen them !!! I have played this course since it’s inception and feel the maintenance crew has done a poor job !! The Bermuda has died in places and the greens were not winterized !!

Nice layout.
Have to say I was disappointed overall after paying $125 to play. Course layout is good but conditions were average at best. Several of the greens had problems which looked like winter kill. Fairways just okay with thin grass. The snack bar was closed when we were there. We played Oaks and Lakes.

Played Lakes/Creeks loop. Course in great shape.Free range balls and nice practice areas. Played early afternoon on weekday and saw no one else on course. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful course and facilities
Always enjoy playing Hyatt Hill Country. Course is well very maintained, Aaron does an awesome job managing pace of play., and appreciate Melissa taking care of our on-course drink needs. Definitely recommend playing the course.
