About
Olympia Hills Golf Course is very exciting and enhances San Antonio's reputation as a golf destination. A unique combination of natural topography and man-made mounds and bunkers make this a super course. Native South Texas vegetation and golf course grass seed formulations on fairways and greens will provide state-of-the-game playing surfaces. The views are spectacular, with several holes playing to greens well below the tees, while other lead to a significant rise to reach the putting surface. Fairways, which on some holes are tight, are often sloped and guarded by bunkers. The tips will not be played by the faint hearted, but with four sets of tee boxes, the course can be enjoyed by all levels of players.

Greens looking good!
The staff has done a great job improving course conditions. The course is well worth the price!
Back to nice.
Definitely enjoyed the new greens. Rolled well. Missed playing here and will be coming back for sure.
New Greens Look Fantastic
Still a few patches on a few holes that need to be cleaned up, but the new greens look absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to come back when renovations are completely finished
It's almost back
Played the course for the first time in a year. The greens (other than #10) are in fantastic shape. With a little maturation time, will be perfect. Fairways are filled in once again. The course is almost as great as when it first open. Definitely worth playing.
Finally Welcome Home Olympia
I once played this course on a regular basis. I really enjoyed the restoration of the course and making the my go to golf home.
Wow, what a change!
Fantastic golf course from tee to green. I’ve never seen such a change to a golf course. It was in mint condition , excellent layout. Loved the changes, especially on holes #8 and # 9
Course is much improved after the new greens have been completed!
Progress
Played Saturday and Sunday on their opening weekend of their newly renovated greens. Slightly disappointing as they still have not matured but a lot better than they were before. Still due to shaky spots on greens maybe avoid Olympia for at least another month to let the greens settle and develop. Price is just a bit over the top for the conditions, but I’m sure the course will resemble the $80+ price tag soon.
Has potential
Course is being worked on and has provisional greens with 3 holes completely closed. Great day with my boys.
