Lakewood Country Club of Naples sprawls across 52 lush acres that is home to an abundance of wildlife, including several different bird species. Located just outside of downtown Naples, Marco Island is just a few minutes away. The golf course snakes around four freshwater lakes, the sparkling waters contrasting beautifully with the native trees and shrubs that border the fairways and greens. The par-60 course is ideal for beginners, offering a round with a conveniently quick pace of play that will still put your short game skills to the test. Making putts is particularly challenging. Most of Lakewood Country Club of Naples's greens are elevated and you'll encounter water on 14 holes. There are also 28 bunkers strategically placed throughout. Every hole has a risk-reward scenario in play, which keeps the low handicappers happy but also gives new golfers the confidence to tackle the golf course without the fear that it's too much to handle.

I was not happy with the guy with the clipboard. We went to putt and they had no carts for riding. He said he would bring us the cart when it became available. He gave the next cart to the tee time after us . Not cool!!!!! he had said that if the twosome we were supposed to play with and there twosome they were supposed to play with didn't show hwe would put us together. He didn't do that either.,so we followed the twosome around the course and had to wait at every hole!

Fun course , reasonable price and nice relaxing place to play for us golfers who are older with higher handicaps.
Executive course
Good for quick round but expensive for an executive course. Thought it was a regular course for the price.
Nice starter course for golfers just starting out
Short executive course in fair condition. Many new golfers play the course so play is slow.
Executive course
I only had 3 days to book a course for morning golf for 2 people and this was the only one. I was glad to play but do not prefer Executive courses. Greens were extremely narrow. Just about every hole was 130 yards, thus not real exciting. I would not play it any time soon. I heard they plan to remodel it in a year or two.

Easy course for a beginner…..price was exactly what we got!

This course has nice fairways and greens. Great place to practice with your irons.
Good par 3 course
Played with my father in law and some family friends. It was nice and good value. Fun for beginner and more experienced golfers
The Course was in decent condition. The pace of play was horrible. We waited at every single hole to tee off. Just awful. The price was a bit high for the course.

Little difference between the hole
Decent course in terms of shape but if you want to hit the same club all day long, this is your course. Whatever you hit from 130 yds, off the tee, you’ll hit this about 12 times. An executive course where nearly every par 3 was about the same length. Disappointing for the price paid.
Staff was very nice though, friendly and welcoming.
