Lakewood Country Club of Naples sprawls across 52 lush acres that is home to an abundance of wildlife, including several different bird species. Located just outside of downtown Naples, Marco Island is just a few minutes away. The golf course snakes around four freshwater lakes, the sparkling waters contrasting beautifully with the native trees and shrubs that border the fairways and greens. The par-60 course is ideal for beginners, offering a round with a conveniently quick pace of play that will still put your short game skills to the test. Making putts is particularly challenging. Most of Lakewood Country Club of Naples's greens are elevated and you'll encounter water on 14 holes. There are also 28 bunkers strategically placed throughout. Every hole has a risk-reward scenario in play, which keeps the low handicappers happy but also gives new golfers the confidence to tackle the golf course without the fear that it's too much to handle.

Great for the value
Beginner golfer, it was a very fun, kinda challenging course for a starter. Holes didn’t seem to be far but narrow greens make it challenging. Played the back 9 and have drivable par 4s. For the price of 9 or 18 it’s very worth the price for a good time
Nice course
My wife and I enjoy Lakewood. It’s a short course but the small greens make it quite challenging. We played it in less than 3 hours.
Fun course
Great short course with lots of hazards to keep you busy. We were unlucky and got stuck behind a 4 ball who were terrible!!

Course was in decent shape. One of my favorite courses in Naples.
Lakewood
Fun little course. Greens are very small so challenge to hit the greens. Not many public courses in the Naples area so this is a good option for a quick round. Needs work on many of the tee boxes but you get what you pay for. Come to Naples every winter and always play several rounds here.
Slow Day on the course
Nice little Executive Course. The pace of play was not good. Mostly caused by a twosome who thought we were playing on the tour.. I still would give the course another chance.
