Lakewood Country Club
About
Lakewood Country Club of Naples sprawls across 52 lush acres that is home to an abundance of wildlife, including several different bird species. Located just outside of downtown Naples, Marco Island is just a few minutes away. The golf course snakes around four freshwater lakes, the sparkling waters contrasting beautifully with the native trees and shrubs that border the fairways and greens. The par-60 course is ideal for beginners, offering a round with a conveniently quick pace of play that will still put your short game skills to the test. Making putts is particularly challenging. Most of Lakewood Country Club of Naples's greens are elevated and you'll encounter water on 14 holes. There are also 28 bunkers strategically placed throughout. Every hole has a risk-reward scenario in play, which keeps the low handicappers happy but also gives new golfers the confidence to tackle the golf course without the fear that it's too much to handle.

Fair play
Priced well for a course which is this well maintained. Had a great time with good friends. We will return. Cheers.
GolfNow Ripoff
Nice course, but you cannot sell 18 holes at 3:57 pm and then have the maintenance staff cut you off after 9 to tell you the course is closed! Total BS. The sun had not even set at 5:45 when we made the turn!!
Terrible course
Overall horrible course and conditions. We struggled to find a blade of grass.
very fast and dry
over packed they cram everyone together and rush you wasn't fair to all the members either
nothing special much better places for same money
Don't Bother
I forgot that I had played this course before and wasn't pleased with it then nor this time. It is in fair shape but not really good. It was a busy weekend mid morning and there was a foursome 2 groups ahead with 2 walkers and a twosome in a cart. The walkers were very slow and held everyone behind them up more than we would expect but there are no rangers so we were left to wait at each hole.
A good short course
Lakewood is a nice course for seniors. It has 3 par 4's in the front 9 and 3 in the back 9. The longest par 4 is 301 yards on the 18th hole. The rest are par 3's. There are many water hazards so bring lots of balls. The course is only 3161 yards long so it can be easily walked on a cool day.
Meh kinda course
No fairway markers on the Par 4’s, zero amenities at half way for some food, no restrooms on the course.
Lakewood Golf Course-Naples, Florida
I was pleased with the pace of the ⛳️ golf course! Greens were in excellent shape! Golf course conditions were excellent! Staff was too notch!
Not a country club
This place is NOT a country club. I'm not even sure if this could classify as an executive course.
Course was in decent shape, pace of play was great but I booked this expecting to play a full course. Probably 13 or the 18 were par 3 averaging around 115-120 yes. Wish I would have known prior. For $65 bucks I wouldn't play a par 3 course.
Small but challenging course
Good course for a par 60. Postage stamp sized greens but in very good condition. Tee boxes need some attention but overall the course is a good play for the money.
