First few holes of the back nine were unique with nice vistas around the lake.. greens we're nice with good undulation. The fairways left a lot to be desired. Maybe the course would be in better shape during a different time of the year.

This is a very good casual course. I am a beginner, though I've been holding throughout the years. I've finally put forth effort to improving. This is a great course for beginners and experienced golfers alike. Also, I love how cheap the buckets cost for the range. Way cheaper than baseline golf.

Front nine is alright for a housing development course, and the houses are not too close. There are trees enough to keep you honest about your direction. Back nine is quite beautiful with a few more challenging holes. The greens were in excellent condition, though rather slow because the grass was a little high. The fairways were a Iittle thin but there hasn’t been much rain lately. I will go back at some point for sure.

It was a dry but hot day, must be summer has gotten underway. The course is in good condition for this time of year, good greens and fairways. For the most part the tee boxes were good. This course is one of the better ones in this area.

Keep returning to this course for two reasons: (1) rates are always reasonable; (2) the course is somewhat challenging but fun to play. Each hole is unique an several doglegs require focusing on a good drive to reach the corner. Unless you can really loft the f=driver with a good carry, cutting the corners is a high risk. Greens are a little slow and difficult to gauge speed so expect a higher number of strokes at the end of the round. But not to worry, unless you are concerned with your handicap going up, because your playing partners are experiencing the same difficulty with the greens. This course, and we have many to choose from in the Ocala area, continues to be our groups top 3 choices.

I like the course and staff here and I have no idea what was going on in front of us. The pace was extremely slow. Started at at 11 and by the time I got to hole ten it was 2. I just couldn’t do it anymore and we left in frustration because of the extremely slow pace. There was four groups waiting on a par three on hole 6. That was the warning sign. I get it that they don’t have a lot of money here, but they need to do a better job with getting g the pace of play faster on a Sunday. Very frustrating and disappointing. I hope they do better.

Fairways junk, No real club house it sits is a subdivision so you would believe the conditions would be better.
