They have excellent choice of tees and the layout is excellent, fairways ,greens,sand traps all in excellent condition. Will play again soon.

We decided to try the course as it is very close to where we are staying, but the pace of play was killer and Made it very difficult to get any rythem. Hurry up and wait the whole 18 holes. They could use a Ranger and did not see one.

The Course conditions was okay but not as good as many of the other Courses that we have been playing in the area. Not a good value under the circumstances. Will not return as there are too many other Courses to play that are a much better Value.

First time playing course. Friendly, helpful staff. Course was in excellent condition and greens were perfect but a tad slow. Will play this course again and again

Enjoyed playing today , pace was under 4 hours , greens and fairways in good shape . Bunkers appear to have new sand in them .

My wife and I played today, an overcast day, and had such a relaxing enjoyable experience. We arrived before our tee time, but since there was an opening they allowed us to go off. Play was a little slow so a couple, husband and wife, ahead of us invited us to join them. A good time was had by all, the course is in great shape, for Dec, and the greens were rolling nicely. Fairways are green and the rough is very playable, a very clean course.

We played in very cool weather , not a lot of golfers out so played really fast . Some cart paths need some TLC , greens in good shape .

This is a very playable course with large landing areas and sparsely lined fairways. The greens had some grain and were reasonably fast and consistent throughout the round, with some challenging and undulating putts. Our round felt very slow as the course was busy and we waited on every tee. There was initial concern we might lose daylight, but we finished in under 4 hours with plenty of daylight remaining.. The Pro shop staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall good value, and would be happy to play this course again.

I drive 20 miles just to play this classic old course. Greens are fast and true. Traps in great shape. Fairways in good shape. Staff very friendly. Get a good price on Golf Now Hot Deals.

The course is in excellent shape and has open fairways for all levels of golf ability! Large greens that are quite true!

The course was in fine shape, greens and fairways well kept. The weather cooperated and it was a great day all around.

The weather was perfect mid 70s, pace was excellent (3 1/2 hour round) and the course was in great shape. Greens was fast but true. Greens held high shots and so if you were accurate with iron shots you had a decent putt for birdie. The only drawback to the whole set up was that the club did not serve food. Drinks were available though.

The course is in very nice shape. Not crowded and the price was great. Friendly staff!

Another hot steamy day in Ocala, Florida. Got started around 10 am and once again found this city course to be in excellent shape. Greens were fast and fairways great. We're coming back soon.

A buddy and I drove down to play an FSGA event here, so the golf course itself was in fantastic shape. The layout is a lot of fun, especially with 5 par 5's and 5 par 3's. It's all the golf course for most level of players from the tips. Generous fairways, and undulating greens. Again, I played it in tournament condition, so I got spoiled, but even at their top rate of $30 this course is a steal in my mind. I'd be happy paying that to play it anytime.

The first green on the first hole is the nicest putting surface I have ever seen. It looks fake. Now, the rest of the greens are not this perfect (which I don’t understand why) but they are still in very nice shape. The course is green and plush. You are not hitting from a thin lie unless you put yourself there. We go to this course often and always enjoy the challenge and the course. The second hole is a challenging par 5 that requires 3 very good shots to get there. The course is extremely “wet” right now because of all the rain we have had but it’s a catch 22. The only thing I would criticize this course for would be there is no bev cart and they don’t employ course rangers but if you are looking for a nice golf course then this is it. The staff is super friendly as well. The starter Bob is a good guy!
