Martin Downs Country Club - Osprey Creek Course

I found a great deal online to enable myself and a friend from out of town to come play. We were impressed with the staff and the course condition. Made for a perfect outing. I will be coming back more often.

It’s definitely not a $75 course and they mess with you with a Golf now saying there’s only room for two players the whole course was empty

The course is not in good shape. Most fairways and some of the greens are not in good shape. Areas of rough not cut, especially around some of the tee boxes.

Great Golf course. Superb layout. Beautiful place and views. Long challenging. JUST PERFECT FOR ME.. I would like to play here every day.

$80 for this is blasphemy.

The course conditions are very poor, you show up, no driving range. Instead, you have 2 batting cages to hit in to. Fairways are not good, around the green is awful. Greens are beat up. There is no way you should spend $80 on this course. $25 at best. The photos are very misleading. Needless to say we won’t be back

Course is a good layout but way to over priced for how bad it is at the moment. Cart guy is also very grabby when it comes to the bags. And when you tell him it’s ok you got it, he pretty much calls you cheap. For not tipping him.

Played here with my wife. We are both novices. The course was well layed out. Some challenging features. But overall pretty wide open . Makes for a nice round even as beginners

Haven't played here since last May and really don't see much improvement. Greens are good and it's a good layout but the tees, fairways and bunkers need quite a bit of work. Definitely not worth their regular rates at this time.

Had to buy golf balls . Was charged 58 bucks for chrome callaways!!!

Overpriced,, nice clubhouse and bar.

The course has been let go. I don’t know if they are letting it grow over on purpose, but tee boxes, fairways and greens are in terrible condition.

Pleasantly surprised over how much work has gone into improving fairways. Greens were great. All the hard work and money spent have made this a decent course to play. The 25% off golf now reward was much appreciated!

Greens were true & fast, bunkers in good condition. Some Fairways and a few tee blocks need some work. Carts excellent. Staff friendly, and helpful. Good bar & restaurant.

Pace of play phenomenal, 3 hrs, 15 minutes.

I played here last year with a good friend and it was rough. Course needed tender love and care. The new owner told us it’s going to get better. I came the next year and it was better but it’s still improving. There are some tee boxes that need help the all of the greens were running fast. It was good to see. I can’t wait to play here again.
