Poor course conditions
The course is in bad condition. Fairways had weeds and dead grass. The greens were also in very bad condition.

The par 3's on the course ate exceptional. Very fun layout. Appears a lot tighter than it actually is. Can't wait to play again.

Worth playing
Play here few times a year when in the area. The layout is nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a good value. A few of the greens were spotty.

Most greens are not in good shape and some fairways are in awful condition. Hardly anyone on the course, so pace of play depends on your play only.
