Martin Downs Country Club - Osprey Creek Course

Layout was exciting, course confitions were ok. Lanscape was beautifull and staff was very helpful and friendly. Good value for money! Buggy bar burger was sooooo gooood!

Course isn’t in pristine condition, but it’s a beautiful layout and for the money, it’s more than worth it.

Play here few times when in this area. We enjoy the layout. It is a good value. The staff is friendly, Pace of play can be a challenge depending on the day and time. Still worth playing.

The overall is very sad condition. Never seen it that bad...

Good course for the money during high season. Conditions are somewhat rough, but after teeing off about noon, I saw no one behind me or in front. Very peaceful. Had time to hit some practice shots. Greens were heavily sanded, but held shots well in the wind. Fairways had plenty of grass for January, but was mostly crabgrass. Course was over-watered, so it played long into the wind with little roll and mud on the ball. Sand was most firm and wet from the irrigation. With all the sand, greens need to be cut lower and rolled. They were slow. Enjoyed the layout and will be back.

When in the area always book a round at this course. We have enjoyed the layout. At times the pace of play can be slow but not so much to keep us from playing.

Overall, it was a very nice course. The bunkers in Fairways were fairly good. Water hazards were to play a lot of holes. The greens sucked Kind of fuzzy and sandy. The people working there was very nice and I would go back to play there again. I also purchased a hotdog while playing and they were delicious I also had dinner after my round and the food was very good

This course has a great layout, but the conditions are lacking. The Fairways have minimal grass making for tight lies. The greens are not in the best shape lots of rough patches to navigate through, same with the tee boxes, Sand in the bunkers…well there was none. Just hard packed wet dirt.. The track layout is great, the staff is very friendly but course conditions are poor to fair at best. Other tracks in the area with much better conditions. Come on Martin Downs this could be 5 star track but current conditions gets you a 3 star rating.

The course is in bad condition. Fairways had weeds and dead grass. The greens were also in very bad condition.

Haven’t played here in a few months much better shape than it was. Will start playing here again.

The par 3's on the course ate exceptional. Very fun layout. Appears a lot tighter than it actually is. Can't wait to play again.
