COMING BACK BUT NOT QUITE THERE YET
THIS COURSE IS UNDERGOING NUMEROUS UPGRADES. NEW SOD AROUND GREENS And traps. NEW SAND GOING INTO BUNKERS. AFTER MUCH NEGLECT IT HAS CHANGED OWNERSHIP AND REALLY DOING A LOT TO IMPROVE THE COURSE. GREENS ARE GOOD. VERY PLAYABLE OVERALL.

Had a good time
Course is on its way to being really nice. Greens were decent and moved pretty fast. New sod being put down throughout the course, you can see the improvement. Some sand traps were under construction but most were playable. Over all good pace of play and playing conditions.

Course layout is challenging and the greens roll nice and fast but the fairways and rough are very dry and need lots of water

This course is coming back. They have put a lot of money into resodding problem areas, drainage, and bunkers. Greens were good rough manageable. Tough course layout but very enjoyable.

Course is coming back from a bad time, but the new ownership is making good progress. Rates are reasonable. Staff very helpful and pleasant Mark the starter put us off the backnine first and we had a private course experience

First time playing, everyone was friendly (not always the case with these semi-public/housing community courses).

Nice course
The course was in decent shape, you can tell that they are doing a lot of work on it and improving conditions. The layout is good the greens are nice, pace of play was excellent, we played today, my wife and I played in under three hours. I would recommend playing this course, it is a good value for the money.
