Crane Watch Club

In the past five years I have played this course annually. I have seen it go from acceptable to very poor. I can tell you that the course is now in the best shape it has been in. The greens are in good shape, along with the fairways, and tees. There are lots of improvements being done throughout the entire golf course. The crew is working hard and their efforts really show. The clubhouse staff is friendly and very helpful. Good things are happening and I'll be back.

Management is working to improve the course. In the past the tee boxes were not good. Much improved this time. They are trending in the right direction

the course has gone through a tremendous renovation since may 2020! the greens have gotten much much better, New bunkers added , new drainedge system being installed, fairways are beautiful and rough is trimmed on regular basis. I just am very impresses, as a member, the maintenance with care that the team at crane watch is treating the course! The owner, Mr. Dunwoody, is there to supervise the revisions being made and they are happening at a lightning pace, in spite of horrible weather. Course is very playable and fun. you will enjoy it and the pace is great.

Crane Watch Club at Evergreen is a wonderful golf course with a great layout. They have been working on new tee boxes (with a good range of tee selections), sand traps and the overall condition of the course, and it looks and plays great. The new chipping and putting area is state-of-the-art. From the cart attendants, Matt and Sean, to Frank and the pro shop staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Sandhill cranes, Egyptian Ducks and other tropical waterfowl wander about in a beautiful setting.

We had a great time playing at Crane Watch today. The weather has been dreadful for the past 3 months with record-setting rains. While every course in town was Cart Path Only, Crane Watch was mostly dry and without restrictions. Course conditions vs. Greens Fee were excellent and the Greens were fairly quick and very smooth. The Pro Shop staff-Frank-was friendly and welcoming. As a consumer's experience, today's golf was better than excellent. The course was in far better condition than any other course in greater Palm City/Stuart and at 2/3s the cost.

All but one par five today was played from the front tees or the fairway but this was not known from checkin or on golf now.The rough was high and mixed with the wet conditions made it hard to find your ball.

Staff was fantastic and very friendly, cart guy made the course. They need to shut down for awhile again until the tee boxes and the drainage are solved.

Unfortunately a lot of tee boxes are under construction so we lost quite a bit of distance on those holes. Great layout and will come back......

Average at best Could potential It certainly there. Needed attention to detail. General manager in pro shop certainly didn’t make me feel comfortable or invited at all yet Mark at the starter area was very nice

We play there 10-15 times ayear. Course is always a challenge and the staff treats you as if you are a member. We always enjoy the time spent there!

The Guy in the Office was Real Rude, A Real Smart but. Because We Did Not Belong to the golf club. then He Told Us There Was A 5 some to Go Out in Front Of Us. We Said Ok. And We were Waiting For Them to Tee Off Well the %some Came Up And Seen There Was Only 2 Of Us And Told us To Go On And Tee off. So We Thanked them and We Teed Off. Well Here Comes the Guy In The Club House And Starts Yelling At My Friend And I And Said You Tee Off When I Tell You To Tee Off. And He Told Us To Go Get Our Balls and go back to the Club House. Well We Won't Have Anyone Yelling At Us. There Is Too Many Golf Courses in Florida. We Called Golf Now And Cancled our Golf And Went To Palm City Golf Course. And We Will not Go Back There Again Ever.

Was disciplined like a child from management when a large group told my friend and I to go ahead of them. He came riding up in his golf cart and demanded us to pick up our balls and return to the club House.. the group of people whom let us go ahead apologized after seeing this embarrassing moment. After being embarrassed by this idiot, we packed up and went to a neighboring golf course. We will never go back again and do not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to be treated like crap!

Course is under going summer maintenance and was a little spotty in some areas . Greens are coming back after aertion and the sand traps were as good as anywhere. Staff is always first class and they make it a nice place to spend an afternoon at.

I played here last week and the rough was poorly maintained. This week conditions have improved. Green in good shape, not perfect but good. Fairways were very nice. Tees some need work but you can see that they are working on them. The rough was better this week you could tell it had been mowed. Still needs more maintenance but has improved. I'll go back in 2 weeks and see how the conditions have changed. Staff was great. For $17 including the GolfNow fees it was worth playing.
