The greens and fairways were in excellent condition. Best I've ever seen it. Kudos to the greenskeepers!

Today we played behind two groups with five players. We spent essentially twice the amount of time to play the course. We teed off at 11:30 and were only able to play 16 holes and had to quit to make a 5:00 appointment.

Very bumpy cart paths and too many gopher holes.

Enjoyed the coarse layout, views and very nice staff.

Recently moved to Orcutt, Rancho is a lot of fun. I like the layout but it's very bumpy from goffers. The cart paths need some work, and all the dirt paths desperately need smoothing, especially on #9.

First time at this course. The greens were terrible with mixed type of grass causing ball to bounce all over the place. The fairways were dry and hard as rock even if you had a great tee shot. This course could be great with a little more maintenance. The views are picturesque and fairways speadout.

Staff was friendly; while waiting in line to be helped the staff member was on the phone with a senior golfer and was very patient answering questions while being professional.

The course is currently being maintained and upgraded. I noticed construction with new bunkers and elevating the tee boxes. The carts are great. They are comfortable, with oversized tires that help absorb the bumps and roots when leaving the cart path.

Front nine needs lots of watering.

Back nine in much better shape.

Pin placements were put in unfair positions.
