Not getting better
Most players complain (meincluded) about the tee boxes. Some of them it is hard to find a flat area to hit from. Seems like a pretty simple fix that would make a big difference.

Course Conditions Are Improving
The greens are tricky and are about 90 percent recovered from the most recent punch and sand treatment. The wet weather this spring has improved the fairway grass. This course has two impressive features which set it apart from most others. First, the course entry road has a beautiful chainsaw carving of a golfer made out of a large tree which was cut off about 20 feet above ground. Second, the 10 tee features a gorgeous waterfall which the player has to carry as their drive flies into the 10th fairway. Finally, the restaurant has an excellent cook named "Liz" who prepares great burgers, sandwiches, and hot dogs.

Rain Helped
Healthy, maintained conditions. Some long par 4’s. Greens were excellent and tricky. Got good roll when it was hammered in the fairway. Good pace of play. Fun!

Greens are recovering from being punched
Excellent staff, especially Tracy. Very efficient and friendly; he is perhaps the best on the Central Coast of California.
The tee boxes should be leveled and new sod laid. The sand traps are consistent and well maintained. The 10th hole at this course is the most aesthetically impressive of any I've seen in this area with it's beautiful waterfall. On a number of holes there wild clumps of grass that may be crab grass which should be eliminated. They interfere with the fairness of hitting the fairway.

Great Value
The course was in very good shape considering the amount of recent rain we've had. The greens were excellent. Great day on the course.

Greens were good but the rest of the course was awful.
I would never go back.

Nice staff members

I like playing hear, however, it is getting pricey.
