Gave this course a good review few years ago but not now. Tee off at noon asked the pro shop guy at check in if they had a tourney today(lot of people milling about) he states no not today. Get to the 12th hole at 2 pm and six carts roll up on us and tell us we’re on their hole they’re having a shot gun start In tournament right now!! Every hole jammed up now with the tournament and we just had to quit after 11 holes. Went to pro shop and asked why we weren’t told….don’t know should have been. Never,never again here. Offer rain check for 9 holes hand written on a slip of paper like that would be honored if I ever did go back. Just ridiculous the whole thing. Ruined an enjoyable day because I suspect because of pure greed. We got your money now I’ll tell you there’s a tournament today in 2 hours and you’ll probably get bumped off.
Not an easy course for a slightly handicapped older person, cart will not get very close to tee or green,[ like next to tee block and 30 ft. for green.
Fairways are no different than the rough.
Pace of play was not monitored . Had to wait about 10 min for single in front of us no one was on the green.
Great layout
Fairways and green had a bunch of dirt spots but other than that, you move pretty fast and the park 3s are pretty fun.
Sad
The only things lumpier than the fairways were the greens!
Horrible
Do not waste your time. Deplorable conditions. I don't even know where to begin. I almost went home after the front 9. Dried up fairways, tee boxes torn up , greens were horrendous. If you are looking for a place to go by yourself and just work on your game, it would be a good place for that.
28 year return
The course has some wear but the green are in pretty good shape. It was fun to play again after a 28 year absence. I will come back.
Course conditions
I've been golfing for close to two years and certain areas of the course are deplorable. They need to fill in the areas where the grass and dirt are longer there. They expect us to fill our divots, but they need to fill there's in a well. Hole#1 is the worst....
This club does not honor Golf Now pricing. Advertised at $17.99 per person, but charged $20 per when we arrived
Meh
Course is in better shape because of the rain. Grass has grown in the fairways, greens are puttable. #9 green is on course for a re-do if they don't extract the "foreign" weeds, grasses? from the putting surface. Practice areas are acceptable. Still see one or two maintenance workers "riding around". The pro shop let a single out in back of a fivesome off #1, I mean REALLY? ON A FRIDAY? The course is backed-up, and you let a single out.
Better Than Expected
Had read some mixed reviews, wasn’t sure what to expect.. pleasantly surprised. Yes, there are spots that need some love, but overall, very nice.. nice layout.. greens very fast.. staff was very nice..
Getting there.
Greens are nice, they need to work on areas around the cart path exits. Tee boxes are in pretty good shape. Fairways are a little thin.
