Crystal Lake Golf & Country Club

I recently had the opportunity to play at this challenging golf course located near Atlanta, and I must say, it was an exhilarating experience. The course is known for its long distances and demanding layout, which may not be suitable for beginners but will surely test the skills of seasoned golfers. Despite its difficulty, the course is intelligently designed, providing a fair challenge that rewards strategic play.

One of the highlights of my visit was the breathtaking views that surrounded the course, creating a serene and captivating atmosphere for a round of golf. The staff at the course were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit. Additionally, the off-course amenities were excellent, offering a perfect setting to unwind and socialize after a challenging day on the course.

Being conveniently located close to the interstate, this golf course is easily accessible and ideal for a quick getaway or a day trip from Atlanta. Even in early March, the course was in great condition, a testament to the care and maintenance provided by the staff.

In conclusion, while this course may not be suited for beginners due to its challenging nature, it offers a rewarding experience for golfers looking to test their skills on a well-designed course with beautiful surroundings. If you're up for the challenge, I highly recommend giving this course a try for a memorable and invigorating golfing experience.

The courts is a challenging course in the Texas your game excellent conditions for the time of year and the Greenwood excellent I would plan it again over and over. I highly recommend this course.

Played on a Saturday, 8:50am. Cold, windy, but sunny. Walked off the course at almost 2pm. Course didn't seem overly crowded; there was just a slow group earlier in the morning that wasn't addressed.

I expect longer rounds in nice weather on a packed course, this wasn't the case. We didn't see a marshal the entire time except when he came around to pickup someone only playing 9 (course doesn't come back to clubhouse until 18).

If the pace of play would have been moderated, it would have been well worth the price. The course is fun, the clubhouse and pro shop are nice. It's relatively easy to get to.

Wow! What a beautiful course! Had a wonderful time play and CANNOT wait to play here again!

Great course need attention to some fairways but otherwise good shape. Should reduce prices for seniors. Also military.

The course was in pretty good shape for this time of year. A few of the fairways had some bare spots, overall, not that bad. The greens were in good shape for winter conditions. Overall, the course played well for December.

Players out front were allowed to just take their time with no Marshall in site. This held up many groups after the group outing was started....Should have been made to move on and not hold up the entire field.This has been a problem with Crystal Lake for a long time. My group one day took six hours to play 14 holes.

That issue has to be solved...

My group plays Crystal Lake several times a year. Today we played for the 1st time since the new greens were installed (I believe they're Bermuda). We will DEFINITELY be back very soon!!!! The course is in the best shape I've seen it in 5+ years.

The last two times I have played this course, I had to leave after hole 13 because I had already hit 4 1/2 hours. I love golf as much as the next person, but I do not want to play a six hour round. Crystal Lake does absolutely nothing to keep the pace of play moving and it is always like this every single weekend. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. There won't be a third time until I start reading reviews that things have changed.

Excellent course, very challenging gives you reasons to use every stick in your bag.
