Pines at Pompano Beach Golf Course

This course was in great shape considering the weather conditions. For a municipal course you really can't beat the value. The conditions and the layout are great. I will definitely be playing again.

Considering all the rain we have had here, Pines course was in good condition. Greens a little slow and they just started aerating fairways on back nine so they were chewed up but playable. Have to do something about the raccoons. You keep getting messages on your GPS screen saying "Don't Feed The Animals", but you don't even have to feed them - they will come right into your cart and take whatever food they can grab quickly and run.

Played this course for the first time on Sunday and was wasn't expecting much for it being a municipal course, but i was quite surprised by the layout and conditions were in fairly decent shape. I will definitely play this course again. Not much trouble to get it.

Love this course . Everything was as expected. Green lush grass . One personal complaint is the greens are a little slow. Will be back soon

Very bad conditions. Will not be going back. There other courses around with same price and much better shape.

I've played this course many times, but first time this season. This is always a fun course to play, but the course conditions seem to deteriorate slightly each season, which is quite a shame considering how nice the layout is. If they would invest in some weed killer for the fairways and improve the quality of the greens, this would be a first class golf course. As it is, it is more challenging than the Pines and the greens might be a bit better than the pines in terms of quality. Save yourself $20 and play this course before you play the Pines.

Excellent course in terms of layout, condition, price and staff. I would definitely come back.

Overall enjoyed the course and found the layout challenging enough without intimidating higher handicappers. Thought the Pro Shop staff could have been much friendlier.
