It is not a “full size “ course Par 61
The course needs attention. They have 3 x 9 holes but who wants to play 13 par 3 holes? Had I done my homework I would not have booked it.
Staff was very nice.
The greens are horrible
I’ve played this course many times and it was always in good shape. I haven’t played at Burnt Store Marina since September and couldn’t believe how bad the greens and tee boxes were on 1/25/2026. I know that we haven’t had much rain this year but the greens look like they have a disease.
First time
We enjoyed our first Loop here. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. We look forward to playing here again.
Fairways and Green awfull
The fairways has many dry to no grass area and the green are awfull
Very disappointing
After hearing positive reviews from locals a few years ago, we gave it a try. Wow! Total dirt on tee boxes. 1/2 the greens were dirt, the fairways were also dry and void of nice turf. I would not recommend playing here. The only positive was the staff. Troon needs to step it up.
Great service
BSM offers a fantastic round of golf for every one out to enjoy this crazy game! The staff is fantastic and accommodating! We are looking forward to our next round. Hopefully it will get a little warmer, but if it doesn’t Lori and Amy will save you with refreshments from the drink cart! Happy New Year!
Gets better every year!
Back for another season at Burnt Store Marina! The course is in good shape despite the current drought. The entire staff are professional and attentive! Bring some extra balls for Hole #1 on Osprey! Enjoy your round!
This course use to have the most beautiful greens around....not anymore!
I used to brag to my fellow golfers on how beautiful the greens were on the course.....not anymore......all but 1 green are gone!......it'll be a long time before they return, if ever to the previous consition.....
I love this course, I played it sometimes twice a week, but unfortaunately not anymore....
Good luck on getting the course back in shape....
Course needs some work
For the price, they need to have the greens in better shape. They were all horrible.
Dog Track
Avoid. Much better executive courses in the area. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes were poorly maintained.
Greens and Fairways Rough
Played this course in Spring was really nice playing Majority of the Greens were in Goid shape and Fairways were decent. Went back in December and the Greens are in bad shape and the Fairways have gotten worse. Still playable but a lot of bumpy Greens to Putt on.
