Summerfield Crossings Golf Club is a fun Scottish links style championship golf course designed by Ronald Garl. There are many moguls and palm trees that come into play throughout the course. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has wide, gently rolling fairways, but do not underestimate the challenge. You must keep the ball on target thanks to pot bunkers, waste areas and small, undulating greens. The signature hole is No. 6, a 171-yard, par 3 that calls for a carry over water to a small peninsula green. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has a wide, gently rolling fairways.

Overbooked. Poor management.
The course scheduled a tournament and left their GolfNow bookings wide open. The course was absolutely slammed. Got through 9 in 4 hours and asked for a refund. Dean at the front desk was an absolute D. and argued about a refund. Again there was ZERO indication on golf now that the play would be restricted. They willingly shafted people and refused refunds. Don’t go here.

When I arrived at the course I learned that there was going to be a scramble tournament that was going off the front nine. The course started stated that we were to tee off behind the tournament. This resulted in very slow play. The course starter should have allowed my group to tee off on the back nine first. Teeoff.com/Golf Now should have advised that a tournament was going off prior to the tee off time schedules. As a result of the slow play, we were only able to complete 15 holes before dark, 5 and 1/2 hours after our tee time

Bad Management of Group Play
Was behind a large group having a tournament. They would wait until group ahead would LEAVE green before teeing off. They had support carts that would serve drinks and tickets around the greens RATHER than tees. The support groups had no clue of course etiquette and would drive into you while teeing off. Course did not manage this group well even after informing them.

2nd time this week the play was painfully slow. No one seemed to make changes.

good shape, nice layout
Had a group of 16 in front of us, it was quite slow. Some holes had 3 groups waiting. But it was a nice day, the course was in good shape and some interesting holes.

Absolute cow pasture
Place is horrible and pace of play even worse. I wouldn’t play here again for free
