Summerfield Crossings Golf Club is a fun Scottish links style championship golf course designed by Ronald Garl. There are many moguls and palm trees that come into play throughout the course. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has wide, gently rolling fairways, but do not underestimate the challenge. You must keep the ball on target thanks to pot bunkers, waste areas and small, undulating greens. The signature hole is No. 6, a 171-yard, par 3 that calls for a carry over water to a small peninsula green. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has a wide, gently rolling fairways.

Challenging layout, spotty greens
Fairways are in pretty good shape after a couple weeks of rain. Greens are spotty - several bare areas, inconsistent roll.

Not bad for the $$
Fairways were nice, greens were dry and bouncy, in fairly bad shape. All other was good, would play again, prob just allow a few extra strokes on the putting game,

Rain out
The course is under maintenance but I knew this ahead of time. Even though it was not the best conditions it was a good nine holes. The rain started coming down, preventing us to continue. Rain was on the forecast.
All that said, summerfield continues to be one of my favorite golf courses in the area. Unde r normal conditions this course offers challenges for all skill levels.

Course is deteriorating, appears money is not enough to keep course in good condition. I played this 15 years ago when I lived here before and it was immaculate then. Lot of work to get course up to a decent standard. Staff was very friendly.

Forgiving layout, great sight lines and overall a gem. Parts of the fairway were dry and tee boxes need a touch of maintainence.
