Very good course layout .Excellent condition fun course to at plenty of challenges on mostly every hole .

Had a great yet challenging course design. Must be accurate to score well on almost every hole.

I’m very new to golf. I’ve played a total of 6 games at 3 different courses and this was is my favorite!!

Arrived an hour early for my tee time. Young man at desk would not check me in early, even though there was no one else at the course. Got a bucket of balls to warm up with, still couldn't get a cart to go the range with, had to lug everything uphill from parking lot to range. Finally got checked in and started my round. No one else at the course. Teed off, played at my leisure. Course was in very good condition, greens had a few thin spots, but mostly were great. The members here don't seem to fix their ball marks. Played as a single, never saw anyone else on the course except another single guy well back from me. We had the course to ourselves. When I finished, I never even saw anyone in the clubhouse. It was deserted. A very rare day. Great day on the course, with a challenging track. Played like I owned the place - just me and the deer!

I have played this course several times and enjoy the challenge. Its a fairly tight course with many risk/reward shot opportunities and small greens. Generally speaking, all previous trips have been favorable, but it had been several years since playing the course so I was looking forward to the round. Quickly it was apparent the course has fallen on tough times. Poor grounds-keeping maintenance - traps not in raked or even in decent (material) condition....fairways dry and patchy...cart paths crumbling and buckled. Couple that with an abbreviated range, shoddy old range ball and a lock of a cart person on a Saturday morning. Not looking to return.

The course is in pretty good shape, some work being done but nothing to reduce the experience.

It's a tough track. Fun, but challenging with lots of blind shots and severe hills and undulations. This isnt the course for "macho" off the tips.... if you are a casual golfer with a handicap in the late teens, skip the whites and play the golds. You'll enjoy it more without removing any of the real challenge.

Requires a steady thoughtful and patient round, but very enjoyable if you play from tees within your ability.

Friendly staff. Nice course. It plays longer than the stated yardages...especially the front nine.

The fairways and greens were in good shape. The tee boxes need work as well as the cart path. The cart we used had virtually no brakes, but the Parkin brake did hold when you came to a complete stop. My partner had to hunt down staff to check in and there are no beverage carts on the course and they don’t allow coolers, not good for hot days like today. Owners need to take care of the customers, if they want people to replay this course as I drove from above Atlanta to play this course. I did not feel the love!!!!!

Bermuda fairways and greens were all in good shape. Elevated tees and greens made for a challenging and strategic round of golf. The secondary rough is very thick, so bring a few extra balls.. The cart paths do need a lot of repair, so plan for a bumpy ride up and down the hills of Arbor Springs. Definitely worth $30 -$40. I'll B Bach

Interesting layout. Seems the upkeep is slipping. Cart paths extremely rough (tree roots), grass needed cutting,

But if coming from Alabama you avoid the Newnan traffic you find with courses east of I-85. Small greens with plenty of slope but fairly slow. Rough was penal— need to stay out of it to have a chance. And that’s not easy playing it for the first time. Hole description books on the carts are a plus.

A very strenuous course for seniors. Other than how hilly and elevated the greens are, it’s a good layout

The greens were in excellent condition. Best in years.

I will not hesitate to play there again soon.

This place can't be open much longer. Skeleton staff. Tee boxes are almost gone, the cart path is destroyed. Surprisingly the greens were pretty decent. It could be a pretty nice place but it needs a lot of attention.

The course is in great shape other than some work being done on the tee boxes. Great layout with some challenging and strategic holes.

The course had more elevation than I was expecting. Great visuals from numerous tee boxes. I will put this course on my short list of courses to play again.
