Staff is outstanding.

One of the staff embers will bring a cart to your car, when you arrive in the parking lot.

Fairway conditions good.... some spotty sandy areas,

but very playable.

Greens have a few sandy places, usually near the edges of the greens. We play those areas on the greens, as "GROUND UNDER REAPAIR" and take a legal drop and continue play. I recommend Bent Tree.

Love playing here. One of my good friends grew up on that course and resulted in getting an offer to play college golf . He introduced me to Bent Tree and have enjoyed playing here. I will say though, nothing is perfect, and I’m going to be frank. Sand traps should have some sort of SAND in them and not concrete. Would like to have a little nicer warm up amenities. Other than that, great staff, nice greens, other than the hole placement on one of the holes yesterday. But otherwise all else good.

Fairways have a few sparsely grassy or sandy spots.

Overall.... I play it regularly when im here in February & March

We packed up after 6 holes.2 hours for 6 holes is not acceptable

Good layout but cart paths bad shape .greens very good

Fairways and greens were decent. Tee boxes were pretty chopped up. Cart paths were pretty broken up. Looks like they are having problems with irrigation lots of dead grass.

After reading some reviews to the contrary, I found the course to be in good shape and well worth my green fees. Were there bare spots in the fairway? Yes, but only a few; overall the fairways were in good condition. Were the tees in good shape? There were some tee boxes that needed some work; others were in good shape. Were the greens in good shape? Yes and they putted true. Were the traps in good shape? The traps had been nicely raked, but the sand was thin and was a muddy sand. You could play out of the bunker but you'd enjoy your round more if you stayed out of them.
