Misty Creek Country Club

I've played Misty Creek numerous times, and the course conditions continue to improve since the renovations were completed in November of 2025. They widened the fairways on several holes which made the course much better. Holes 8 & 9 are two of the nicest holes anywhere in Sarasota. Course staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall, its a nice course. from what I was told, huge improvement over what it was. Greens were a little inconsistent, some slow, some quicker.

Excellent course to play. Will set another tee time soon. 100% recommend to any golfer.

Played yesterday and the course was in great shape. A few greens need a little work but all n all great condition.

I’ve played Misty Creek several times. In every case, course conditions were excellent although it’s a very challenging course. Pace of play is excellent as well.

This place is the best I’ve ever seen it in. The improvements has helped grass to grow were it never could before. Greens are still a little firm but is because they are new. Give it another year and it will be a hidden treasure.

Round was over 4 1/2 hours. The ranger said we were "on time". Not sure but 4 1/2 hours in the heat is not ideal. Need to do a better job of moving along slow play!

Was a fun course but difficult course to play without GPS on the carts.

Excellent course! We enjoyed ourselves very much as this was the first time we played this course. Staff were friendly. Love the course layout! Greens, fairway, bunkers…all in excellent condition . It’s obvious the staff takes pride in offering a great golfing experience.

Very friendly staff. The gentleman in the Pro Shop looked after us well to ensure we had a great time.

Even after some heavy rain (CP only) the course was in excellent condition. Tees, fairways and greens were first class.

Would highly recommend this track. I’ll certainly be back next year.
