Solid but needs love
Great bones and layout but needs heavy maintenance. Bunkers were horrible with poor drainage and many former bunkers grassed over. No driving range was the biggest issue. Greens were very good.

Great layout. Fun, traditional, course to play. Value for money.
I always enjoy playing Bent Tree. It is a well designed traditional tree-lined layout. The Club is managed by Doug Mochrie,PGA, former coach of Dottie Pepper (Mochrie) who had notable success on the LPGA tour and continues as a golf commentator. Bent Tree is also the course where Nancy Lopez won her first and last LPGA tournaments.
Although the tee boxes are a bit sparse of grass due to drought conditions, the fairway and greens are in generally good shape.
