Amazing staff, course just a little rough!
The people that work here are amazing! Super nice, will do anything for ya. But the course itself, not great. Greens are slow and have spots of missing grass. Cart paths are confusing, you almost have to drive onto a 6 lane road to get to hole 9.
Good place
The fairways were very nice, and the greens rolled true, but a couple greens had some bad spots. The hole placement was set away from any bad areas so we would just move the ball away from those spots and still have a similar putt.
The back nine are all par 3s
Course is just decent
Course is just decent, pictures made it look a lot better, visiting on vacation and definitely wish I had went somewhere else!
Course closed
New management started May 1st. Course closed. Was not able to play. Had to scramble to get an early morning tee time somewhere else. Glad I wasn’t charged. Not sure when it’s reopening.
Been playing here for decades
This was my home course when I played golf in high school and now that I’m all grown up and retired in my hometown I play this course almost once a week. It is a reboot of the original Forest Lakes golf course and the back nine has I believe six par threes possibly seven but it’s a nice course to get out and get a quick 18 in. My estimation in playing 18 holes out there with decent pace of play is about 2 1/2 hours to two hours 45 minutes. The staff at the clubhouse is very friendly and the pricing is fair for this area.
Poor conditions
Grass dead on some greens. Water hazards not clearly marked. Tee boxes in terrible condition. Sand traps very hard.
Best value
We only play nine holes. You can’t beat this deal. The course can be very challenging if you play from the tips.
Great value
It’s close to home and you can’t beat the price. Great app to get in a quick 9.
My round with my family
The course was the perfect choice for the beginners Golfers I was playing with. It’s a perfect course to learn how to play golf.
Had a tee time… got there 30 people waiting to tee off!! No one told us heavy leagues on Tuesday the 12th.
