I Recommend This Course
Always a Challenge
Greens are in great shape but they don't seem to be maintaining lesser played areas, and by that I mean the spaces between the tee box and the fairway and the rough. It seems they are being overrun with native grasses and are just being mowed or they are devoid of grass altogether. Not really a big deal if you hit it straight every time and/or aren't aesthetics minded. Don't let that discourage you from playing. This is still a great course and always worth a visit.
Remember to eat your Wheaties and save your energy because whether you like it or not, they saved the 2 toughest holes for last. 17 -the island green and 18- with the big bay jump to make the green! (I always kind of wished they would switch the 9's to give you a little more of a fighting chance at these 2 holes)

Nice course
It was a rainy and cloudy(foggy) day when I played. The course drained well and was fun to play. Narrower fairways made for good challenge, there was enough holes with water hazards to keep you focused on shot selection. The greens rolled nicely. I play this course again.

Anyone that popo's this course is a snob...a great course for the price...certainly not as groomed as the upper eschalon...but beautiful...
