Misty Creek Country Club

Played early morning round on 01/14 and was very pleased with the course conditions & layout.

Greens were quick and rolled very true. Fairways and tee boxes good given January.

Loved the layout as course winds thru the marsh with not many houses at all but with some tight, tree lined holes.

Bunkers were all raked and easy to hit out of, although only found 1 greenside. Large practice putting green and fairly good sized range.

Cart attendant and staff inside shop all great. Hopeful to play again before leaving area.

Great course for the $$$ friendly staff but no cart girl and u get to see a lot of wildlife

Had a great time playing. Staff was extremely friendly! Have played this course a few times and will certainly be back.

The course is in excellent condition. The diversity of the layout makes it great fun to play. The holes are interesting. The natural setting is very attractive. The greens are not too difficult. There were no significant issues with pace of play. The carts do not have Maps. But there’s nothing else to complain about. The staff is very friendly.. It was a most enjoyable round of golf.

Very good layout, few open holes and a few tighter, greens are adv speed and not super quick, lovely deer and wildlife to look at,

Great way to kick off the year. Course was in fantastic shape and fun to play. Certainly challenging & interesting to play. Staff was very nice, will definitely play again.

I definitely would not recommend if you’re a beginner and are trying to have fun on a beautiful course.

Even after letting the golf police know that we’re not the best players, they proceeded to harass us and threatened to refund us or escort us back to hole 1.

Between that and swimming through the marshy lands because of their ongoing irrigation issues, we did not once complain while driving through the swamps. Even though they’re shutting down in May.

We became the infamous golf players due to an excessive amount of complaints to the golf wardens clubhouse. A meet and greet was in full effect, and were told to schedule a later time in the future because of how bad we were.

No recommendation for Misty Creek here.

Nice course layout. Scenic. Fairways and greens in good condition. Greens on the front nine were much slower than back nine. Nice course but not worth what they are charging now.

My son and daughter went to Misty Creek last week because it is close to where we live. My daughter was wearing an attractive, but collarless shirt, which she had done at other golf courses. Despite her pleas, she was told she was not permitted on the course without a shirt with a collar. They had planned this brother/sister outing for some time. So not to spoil the day, she purchased a shirt with a collar, embossed with Misty Creek. The shirt was poor quality. She donated it to Goodwill.

I understand the tradition of proper attire on a golf course and the reasoning behind it, but such strict application is without justification or merit. It does nothing but turn young people away from the game. Management may have sold a $100 shirt, but lost the good will and business of my family and everyone else I can influence.

The course was almost empty.....I hope it stays that way!
