Course renovation: Misty Creek Country Club underwent a comprehensive golf course renovation, which included re-grassing all areas, rebuilding bunkers, upgrading the driving range, and installing a new irrigation system. The course was temporarily closed for these improvements and reopened to the public in November 2025.

Best condition I've seen it in. Whole course is in great condition and would like to play again soon. One of the most challenging layouts around Sarasota.

But cart path was not great bathroom out of order on course upon returning to club has no bath either and cart path was very rough

Golfed early Monday am and the course has a nice layout and greens rolled well. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We played in under 4 hours which was great. Our foresome would definitely go back.
