Misty Creek Country Club

Very demanding course that is kept in decent condition

I really enjoyed playing Misty Creek for the first time. Weather was great and course was in great shape. There are a bunch of waste areas that should be avoided. Need to land ball on most greens as many are elevated. Lots of water and gators but able to negotiate around in most cases. I look forward to playing Misty Creek again.

Misty Creek was in good condition. Had a great time nobody pushing us and not held up. Staff were very helpful.

I really liked the layout, but I think there's room for improvement in the course maintenance. The fairways were quite fluffy and the greens were a bit slow. The green speed kind of reminds me of playing on a municipal course, you know?

One of my favorite courses to play! The staff is extremely helpful, the layout is great, no rush and has an old Florida feel! Abundance of animals and just a great overall experience. I will be back!!

Not sure if it’s because it was recently sold but they let the greens go by the wayside. Used to be

perfectly manicured and had some speed to them, this time around they were cut shaggy like a fairway. One ice machine on the whole course, most courses have a few spread out at the bathrooms. Difficult track, lots of wildlife around not a lot of houses which I like enjoying nature not backyards. Expensive range balls and beers in the proshop, 3 beers corona light slim cans for 20$ was a bit high you can get a 24 pack for almost that much.

Good course for the money, greens weee nice today. Regular speed but I heard they’re aerated them this week so it’ll take a month to get back to normal. Lots of club options off the tee here if you like that. Will be back

Fairly tight fairways with lovely avenues of trees and ponds make this a reasonable challenge. Lots of tee choices make it an enjoyable course to play regardless of ability. Staff were all helpful, chatty and pleasant👏🏻👏🏻

Misty Creek is such a fun challenge. Very unique layout makes you think on each an every teebox. The greens and fairways were well maintained. After the hurricane, the bunkers still had some standing water (as expected), so we just pulled the ball out in those instances. The tee boxes could be mowed down a bit, but nothing too bad. This course always has tons of wildlife which makes for a great day playing with friends and family!

Always one of my favorite Sarasota Courses, absolutely a must play for anyone coming thru this area. Staff was friendly and helpful, course was in great shape,
