Give the course time to heal. Only play if you don’t care about putting.

I’ve played this course many times and it was in the worst condition that I have ever seen it. Let’s start with the bunkers aren’t bunkers supposed to have sand in them not dirt. Then the fairways if you could find a tuff of grass to place your ball on good luck. Then the greens were airafied with no mention of it on golf now. Hopefully this isn’t what the course is going to be like for the summer. I usually love playing here because of the layout and the wildlife you see while playing. Staff is friendly but they have their work cut out for them to get this course playable. Living here full time and always getting the short end of the stick when the snowbirds leave. We support the courses year round and this is what we get for our money. Sad to say they are not the only course dealing from the bottom if you get my drift

Was awesome to play at a private country club opened up to the public to keep busy during Florida’s off season.

Everyone treated me like I was a member, the entire staff was very kind and informative, and ultimately they just wanted us to have fun.

On top of all of that, the course was nice and well kept.

Really nice place. The course and staff were great. Tee boxes a little sandy but it’s that time of the year. Enjoyed it very much.

Fairways and greens in excellent condition. Tee boxes need some work. Practice balls included in fee. Natural grass range is nice. Practice putting green great shape. Starter was very polite, insisted on calling me by my surname or sir.

One of my favorites in Sarasota area. Good layout in reasonably good condition. I love the very tropical scenery and the abundant wildlife on the course

I play Misty Creek several times each year. Always in great shape and a great variety of holes. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

The course and staff were great. The layout was challenging and scenic. The tee areas were a little grainy with sand. But it’s that time of the year. I would still play it again and I do recommend it.

Tight drives and smallish greens make this a challenging course to play. Mostly I enjoyed myself but not the pace of play.

My experience at Misty Creek was very enjoyable. When checking in the staff was friendly and welcoming. The starter was quite helpful as he explained which tees were best suited for my game. Additionally, although I had reserved my tee time as a single player, he set me up with a threesome. That improved my pace of play and made the round more enjoyable. The course was in very good condition. It’s a great layout with water, some narrow fairways with mature trees and several doglegs. I would recommend it.

Very enjoyable course to play. My only complaint is that felt the greens were extremely slow compared to other local courses. This made it difficult to get any touch on the putts.
