A hidden gem
Apparently this course has been around for years and has had its ups and downs. A new young owner has recently bought it and already, from what I understand, has made many improvements and plans many more. Although classed as an "Executive Course" it provides its share of challenges. Water comes into play on several holes. The greens are in good condition. The fairways are Ok. The day we played the front 9 was pretty wet and was cart path only. We enjoyed playing here and will do so again. The rates are affordable and a good value.
Much improvement since last year
I always like playing this course. There is enough of a challenge to keep one interested and usually the round can be played in 3 hours or less. With the improved conditions it is more fun. And they have a great practice range with no mats. Great value for money.
Nice golf course
We enjoyed play here even though it was cart path only because of all the rain
Fun course
Great course for couples or seniors, beginners.New owner has made a lot of improvements in short time he has owned it
Good price
A short course only use a 3 wood of the tee and my short irons for approach but I was very surprised at the condition of the fairways and greens they were in pretty good shape for a executive course and 10$ on golf now what a bargain if you want to work on your short game, not very busy and played by myself in less than 3 hours.
Better than before
Course was in best shape we have seen. New golf carts and just all around cleaner and nicer. The weather was great and not crowded on the day we played.
New Owner New Course
For the past 12 years I have lived less than a mile from this course. I maybe played here one a year or once every 2 years because the course was not maintained and in rough shape. It was here but no one cared, But No More, I played yesterday and am impressed! For anyone who has not played here very recently you need to come back. In the past I would have described this course as poorly maintained, the changes the new owner has made have made that description obsolete! Fresh paint and new interior in the clubhouse, new ice machine and water for players and a fleet of brand new carts have upgraded the experience. The course is green with lush fairways and the greens are receptive and fast! What a difference when the owner cares! The staff is super friendly! 18 holes, 3 par 3's per side and 6 par 4's per side with enough water to make it interesting, makes this a must play on the Treasure Coast
Muddy
Due to all the rain in the last month the course has not dried out and most of the holes have very muddy conditions in multiple places. It was a tough slog!! Drainage needs to be improved!
Staff is very nice, profession t ownership has done a lot to improve ebusiness: course, club house, golf cartand staff attitud.
I play here often as it’s close to my home, the price is right and I feel appreciated!
Has potential
All the short track needs is for a major sanding on the greens to quicken them up and spray for some weeds and it's not a bad track
Dryer
2nd time playing course since I came back to Florida from Maine.
Course was much dryer. Greens much firmer!! Pace of play was very good, 2 1/2 hours. Had a great 1st nine, 2nd nine, not so much!! LOL!!
Had a good, relaxing round which was very enjoyable!!
New owners are busy improving the drainage! Course is really starting to take shape. Big improvements already!!
First time this Fall
Just returned to Florida from the summer in Maine. Pleasantly surprised by the improvements the new owner Andres has made. Course looked great, lots of trees and bushes cut back and/or removed. Previous owner had started the process, glad to see it continuing to improve. Due to rain, course very wet and muddy. Almost too wet to play. Very quiet day so I was able to take my time and practice my shots! Will play many times during the winter and spring. Can’t wait for course to firm up..
Well kept but a little soggy
Great staff and attentive grounds crew. Course was well manicured, but a bit wet as it is low and near the river.
