Massive Improvement
The improvement in the condition of this course is amazing.
Greens - roll and a decent speed and are in good shape
Collars - playable and fair
Fairways - defined and cut well
Tees - some attention needed
Staff - Excellent, friendly and helpful
This is a unique course built on an old farm. There are several sharp dog leg right holes (one day I hope they move hole 13 tees back and make it a par 5). 15 is a reachable par 4. The par 3's are all very good golf holes. Some of the holes are dramatically different from the White to the Blue.
It is not long, it is not an overly hard course, but it is fun to play and is now in good shape.
As always, one of my favorite courses to play, because Warrenton Golf Course always fulfills my golfing needs of fun and enjoyment.
Tremendous value!
I love the course and have played it for years. It's not overly hard, but it offers a challenge for good golfers yet can be played by kids and beginners alike. I plan to keep coming back as long as I am able.
Priced well for the course
Fairways and greens are in great condition. Some tee boxes need a little attention but are as good or better than other courses charging more.
