Great place for us oldie but goodies
Great community of people and staff. Play here but don’t live here Alway a great place to play. A solid B+

Greens are damaged/ diseased
Weeds throughout the fairways and grass not cut.
Fun for the average golfer
Nice course, challenging in parts, but makeable par 4s for my limited tee shots. Super quiet on a Friday afternoon and I raced round on my own in 3 hours, with only needing one group of 4 to let me through. Greens were fine but the fairways could use some work, the whole course really just needing some tender loving care. I would go back.
Poor Conditions
Just Poorly Taken Care of Course Weeds and sand for fairways, Greens inconsistent and slow, Tee Boxes were horrible...no grass...dirt, sand and weeds. Fun Layout...Just need to find a greenskeeper and new course manager. Lots of potential...but I wont play there again.
Course needs attention.
Couse layout is good but greens, teenoxes and fairways need attention.
Course in good condition. Dry and need of repairs in areas.
My only surprise could not pay cash for green fees. Card only. Glad I had my wallet with me. My suggestion before booking let golfers aware. Very unusual. I did enjoy the Oakes / Lakes courses.
Good
Good, not great course. Solid for the price. Course itself is an interesting layout. Smallest greens I’ve ever seen and some tight lies. There was some waiting on holes that were close together but the Marshall moved people along, which I really appreciate because some courses don’t do that and it can be brutal. Overall solid day. I’d play this course again for the hot deal price.
Poor condition
Rock hard fairways, wet and hard compact bunkers (even though it had not been raining) patchy greens. The worst condition course I ever played.
Great course for price
Course is kept in fantastic shape for the price. Bunkers were a little wet after some rain, but the greens, fairways, and tee boxes were in pristine condition
