Best Course
Short Course but Challenging. Exelent place to sharpen your game.
Steele Canyon
Nice day of golf. Very busy but the course moved fine.
Great Course
I love this place it’s convenient and accommodating and fun.
Tee boxes are under construction
Some of the tee boxes are under construction so you will find yourself teeing from the whites or reds in some cases. Also note that this is more of an executive course with a lot of par 3s.
Best Course
The course, in my opinion, is in the best condition ever.
Great for the mid handicapper
This is a fine course for the mid/high handicapper that wants to enjoy the golf experience without breaking the bank or feeling too over-powered by a premium course.... Our threesome enjoyed our time! Fairways and greens were in pretty good shape (Greens were a tough read!)
Terrible
Thought I would give it a shot. First and last time
Good course for the price!
Challenging course; a couple of blind holes, several elevated holes, and a little bit of water, but nothing that is overwhelming! I’m from Dallas and I’ve played on about 15 courses in the Meteoplex......this was my first time golfing in Georgia and for the “Hot Deal” price - it was a good course!! It sits under a power line grid so you will have to block out the subtle buzzzzz of electricity flowing above you, but even with that it was a good course to play!
Decent course to work on irons
Some holes are in beautiful condition, others need some TLC. Greens are ok, tee boxes on some are in good shape, not so much in the others. The sand bunkers are in poor condition, some are overgrown with weeds and grass, the ones that aren’t are very packed sand, making it almost impossible to play from it. The landscape is great with rolling hills and elevation changes on plenty of holes. Don’t overpay for the course, get a hot deal on it. The club house is in terrible shape, I doubt the bathrooms have ever been cleaned at all.
Cool layout for the holes. Some bad execution
A few of these holes are really cool layouts. The first few holes are really cool and have a links feel. 17 is a great hole. The issue is that there are a few holes that were really bad. There was a 200-yard hole where you couldn't see the green. This hole also lacked tee box grass and the green was covered in leaves. Another hole had us hitting off a mat as a teebox. These are the kinds of things that can take the fun out of a round. The greens, for the most part, rolled true. The cups were strange and varied in size. It's probably worth 20-25 bucks. Not the $38 that we paid.
