Course in excellent condition. Can tell have taken steps to improve course. Many east Tennessee courses don't keep sand traps up. Traps in excellent condition.

Nice par 3. layout is fun with some holes with significant elevation change. the greens were in good shape and rolled true. Lots of hills and mounds in greens that allows you to work on short game. From the back tees I had yardages from 80 to 260. Would play again.

Fun par-3 course
This is a challenging par-3 course for beginners. Well maintained and friendly staff. Pretty fun as it has complex terrain. Enjoyed the game.
