Golfer Reviews
My Experience
My friends and I found the course to be very challenging. We look forward to our next encounter.
We had a great day!
We arrived 15 minutes prior to Tee Time and the staff was very friendly and attentive. No problems with the reservation and we were Teeing off right on time. Sand traps needed some attention but we tried to avoid those. 18 holes took 3 of us 3 1/4 hours. Clean course! A great time was had by all!
Great Deal for the money
GREAT CONDITION AND CHALLENGING FOR A PAR 3. PACE OF PLAY WAS EXTREMELY SLOW AS WE HAD A DAD AND HIS SON AND DAUGHTER IN FRONT OF US, BOTH KIDS WERE LEARNING. WOULD DEFINATLY PLAY AGAIN
Nice looking course
Love this course.....One problem STAIRS ouch on my knees
Guess I need more exercise....
My partner got a whole in one on the 11th hole......YA
an average day of golf at an average course
ive golfed here before and knew what to expect. But this time I wasnt expecting to be trying nkt to step in goose excrement on every hole next to water. other than that they just need to fix the tee grass alot of sand
Short par three
I play a par 3 in Westwood and it has more of a regulation feel than Village Links. VL is a bit short even for a par 3. The course was well maintained and if you want some work on your short game it' s fine. Also the greens are tough, so if you want a challenge putting you'll find it at Village Links.
great up and down shots..Well worth the $$$..highly recommend
I enjoyed the course..It was challenging enough but also very fair..My wife also enjoyed it..
Great little course!
Excellent value. Played 18 yesterday for $12 w/cart! Great for dialing in your iron distances. Longest hole is app 190 yds. A couple of challenging tee shots over water, thru trees, etc. 18 can be done in about 2 1/2 hrs. Sister course of Squirrel Run which it backs up to. Outstanding staff with a nice little bar/restaurant (not affiliated) right there. Very laid back atmosphere for beginners and have always been able to walk right on.
Great Par 3 Course
This is a great par 3 couurse. We have been playing for a little over a year and this course oftest a good experience.
It is a well kept challenging par 3 track. It offers a few holes with water hazards, a plenty of bunkers.
Finally tried Village Links after driving by it for years, and thinking it was some dumpy little par 3 behind a Dunkin Donuts. I decided to finally play it with a friend because of a Golfnow.com deal and was pleasently surprised of the condition it was in. On this day I wasn't palying very well, until hole 13(bird), then I got my first ace on hole #14. It immediatly became a favorite of mine.
Village Links also has a sister course Squirrel Run just around the corner, which is a bit more challenging.
I have played Village twice and paid $18 with cart through Golfnow.com.
Very fun 18 hole Par 3 course
This was an absolute steal at 15$ with a cart for 18 holes on a Sunday morning. I was sceptical at the idea of an 18-hole par 3 course, and was worried about redundancy, but this course was so much fun. There are par 3's of every length, and you will get to use every iron/wedge in your bag. Not to mention you get 18 chances at that elusive hole-in-one I know you've been dying to get. Play this course!
