Splendid golf Course

A real Rolls Royce of a golf course and always an enjoyable visit. Green were an added hazard too so fast.

Cant fault the course but maybe a sign on the 18th to point to the way out to the car park would help.

A bit difficult to find your way around. A lot of temporary greens, in some cases the greens were dreadful. Overall it is a beautiful course, but the Poor quality temporary greens and lack of directional signage let it down.

Good course

Good course which is very accessible from all parts of Dublin. Tee boxes need a bit of work and a few signs to let you know where the next tee is would be good, overall it’s a challenging course and would recommend it

Newlands GC Dublin Ireland.

We tee'd off at 2pm on a lovely sunny afternoon course was in top condition very well maintained as you would expect at this time of year, greens ran a bit slow but true which is a help I shot an 88 gross off 13 for a nett 75 for 32pts stableford, it could of been so much better had my putter been in a co-operative mood but alas you can't have it all. Newlands is the type of course that gets nicer as the round goes on would recommend a visit be it green fee or society golfers.

Lovely Golf course .

Even though it lacks a stand out feature hole this is a lovely golf course to play , I think one needs to play it a couple of times to fully appreciate it .

Perhaps it could to with a sign post giving directions for the next tee box in a few places . Also from the 18 green to the car park would be a help to many first time players .

Newlands golf club

It was my first time playing this course, I found the course to be in excellent condition, it is one of the nicest courses you could hope to play, even when I had a bad hole it didn’t get to me as the course was so stunning. I’d highly recommend Newlands golf course.

Tricky greens

Had a great game with 3 senior friends. The course is never easy. Greene's were hard to read. Condition was good for time of year . Had an excellent meal in club house afterwards. Would definitely play again.

Great spot, hard to get a tee time though

Nice course, simple and well kept parkland course. Pace of play was extremely slow however, but I put that down to a seniors competition on that weekend so I think a lot of practice was going on before the weekend (so i gathered from chit chat). However, no one would allow us (a 2 ball in a buggy) to play through 4-ball on foot.

Weather was immaculate so we did not complain too much and went to the clubhouse for a beer after so all was good :-)

Will play again (but I'll insist on playing through if slow play in front this time).
