About
Frog Hollow Golf Club in Middletown boasts the title of "best public golf course" in Delaware. The course has a links-style layout that is challenging but still player-friendly enough to appeal to beginners, seniors, and juniors. The layout is wide open and quite forgiving but there are still plenty of hazards with which to contend. There are more than 50 strategically placed bunkers throughout the golf course. Their thoughtful placement makes up the bulk of the layout's challenges. There are ponds that come into play on six holes as well as tall native grasses that appear along the fairways and greens. The wind is often a factor on the course too and will test your accuracy even further. Frog Hollow Golf Club's par 3s and par 5s are manageable but the par 4s will test even the best players.

Water hazards in bunkers.
Bunkers clearly don’t have any drainage. Was day after heavy rain but many bunkers had standing water in them. IMO this course has way too many bunkers - they r hard to maintain and keep in good shape. Suggest course management seriously consider eliminating several bunkers. Greens are challenging but in excellent condition and a lot of fun to play. Good value for the $.
Played like frog in front got a kiss played like prince in back
Me and my two brothers play every Monday they Hooked us up with a 78-year-old player who happened to shoot 74 his name was Bob it was a pleasure to play and watch Bob play I Live in South Philadelphia it’s an hour and 20 minute ride from my house well worth the traveling do you want a pat True class act I’d recommend this course to real golfers And hackers are like

I love this course. It's always in great shape. I live in New Jersey and I drive a hour and 33 minutes just to play this course
Great lauout
The course has a good layout. The staff is welcoming. Our favorite place to play.
Misty Day
Frog Hollow has a great layout. A little bit of everything. On a drizzlly day they let us drive from t to green. The course is cut through a development but the houses are never in play. Get a course description book from the clubhouse. Gives you a little information on each hole.
Great course
Fantastic mix of short and long holes, very good condition. rocks in the bunkers would be the notable exception to that. We will be back!
Round was amazing
Got an albatross on 2 and I’ll never forget this round, ended up shooting second lowest ever!
Club house is awesome. Only thing wrong is fairways are burnt. Other than that great course. Not hard very challenging.

Great value
Greens are the best aspect of this course. Very large with lots of undulation and in great shape. Challenging but lots of fun.
