Frog Hollow Golf Club in Middletown boasts the title of "best public golf course" in Delaware. The course has a links-style layout that is challenging but still player-friendly enough to appeal to beginners, seniors, and juniors. The layout is wide open and quite forgiving but there are still plenty of hazards with which to contend. There are more than 50 strategically placed bunkers throughout the golf course. Their thoughtful placement makes up the bulk of the layout's challenges. There are ponds that come into play on six holes as well as tall native grasses that appear along the fairways and greens. The wind is often a factor on the course too and will test your accuracy even further. Frog Hollow Golf Club's par 3s and par 5s are manageable but the par 4s will test even the best players.

Good game but a couple of minor issues
there were only a couple of issues. there was a noticeable backup on the par 3s. The price was also very expensive for the lack of upkeep.
Just great
From the front desk to the starter then the greens crew to the wait staff at the restaurant just grand
All the above were on target and all clearly have an interest in the course being presented in its best light.
But when you hit the links the greens crew stands out like a private club staff.
These greens are in very good shape , smooth, firm and speedy with some movement . If only everyone would clean up there ball marks it’s such a shame they don’t . But again the crew still makes these greens a blast to putt on.

i enjoy playing this course although it is a bit challenging. i would play here more but its a long drive from Philadelphia.
Nice ciurse
It's a nice course. Although, this time we encountered people who wanted to play past us even though we were moving at a very good pace. Four young men indicated they had an appointment to get to (doubt it). The nice fellow who played w us told them ok.
Water hazards in bunkers.
Bunkers clearly don’t have any drainage. Was day after heavy rain but many bunkers had standing water in them. IMO this course has way too many bunkers - they r hard to maintain and keep in good shape. Suggest course management seriously consider eliminating several bunkers. Greens are challenging but in excellent condition and a lot of fun to play. Good value for the $.
Played like frog in front got a kiss played like prince in back
Me and my two brothers play every Monday they Hooked us up with a 78-year-old player who happened to shoot 74 his name was Bob it was a pleasure to play and watch Bob play I Live in South Philadelphia it’s an hour and 20 minute ride from my house well worth the traveling do you want a pat True class act I’d recommend this course to real golfers And hackers are like

I love this course. It's always in great shape. I live in New Jersey and I drive a hour and 33 minutes just to play this course
