Links of Lake Bernadette

The Greens were in rough shape with lots of weeds. Fairways were fuzzy and roughs were thick and wet. Unnecessary sprinklers were popping on and off. The Par5s, Par3s and a couple Par4s are too long from the Senior Tees. Course was really wet despite low rain totals. It's a really good course that just needs more attention to detail!

Still lots of crab grass on the greens and tee boxes

Interesting layout and fun to play. Easy hole navigation. Some greens had some clumpy growth but overall a great experience and value for the money. Will play again.

All fairway are lacking water. All tee boxes need watered and trimmed. All greens need repairs, this adds strokes the game, especially on the greens when the crabgrass misdirects the ball away from the hole. I would only recommend this course if the conditions improve.

Been playing for about 60 years and this course is BY FAR the worst I have ever played. Words cannot describe how bad it is. Although the price was $35. it is $34 too much.

Greens had patches of weeds. Fairway grass is to high. First cut needs to be shorter. Sand traps need sand. Not much grass on some tees. Cart paths need some work. Some holes don’t drain very well after a few days of rain. The course layout is challenging . The staff is great. We heard the course was sold to someone who wants to keep it a golf course. Hope that’s true and they dump some money into these issues. We like playing there because of the staff. The place has great potential and hopefully good things will happen!

The course was in overall good condition but the greens need attention. The weed growth makes it difficult I lt to putt accurately.

The cart we had also needed maintenance, the parking brake was difficult to engage.

In order to maintain the course, they need to spend more on lmaintenance. In order to get more money the course needs to be better maintained.

I’ve played here several times and was disappointed. The greens had a ton of crab grass and the fairways were over grown. Hopefully they fix these issues because I’ve enjoyed playing here before.

Course was in poor condition. Poorly maintained. Golf carts were full of water spots. Seemed as though carts were washed but never wiped down. Just seemed as though there’s no attention to detail.

I'm sorry to report that I will take Lake Bernadette off my list of courses that I play when I visit Tampa. The Tee boxes were worn or muddy, the middle of the fairways were like the first cut of the ruff, the greens had weeds on most of them and the course just does not drain well. I have played this course many times in past years, but the just feels like they are letting it die.
