Sprawling across rolling terrain, Savannah Golf Links features several dramatic elevation changes and several elevated tees and greens. Golfers will be sure to come across many uneven lies. At 6,213 yards from the back tees, it is not a long golf course but it puts a premium on accuracy in order to get a good store, making it a true shot-maker's golf course. Savannah Golf Links offers a variety of challenges, appealing to both low and high handicappers. The most notably difficult hole is the par-4 sixth. This 362-yard hole is a dogleg right with a small landing area that requires a second shot that will carry over water to a postage stamp green with a bunker placed in front.

Great Course, very well kept - fairways plush, greens fast & tricky, picturesque. Mid 80's temp, very nice. a great course for everyone, beginners would have a few problems, course is somewhat forgiving. if you shoot in the 80's or 90's you will have a nice day out
This course can challenge any level of player with multiple blind shots
From the gold tees, hit 180 yards on #4. Take an extra club on the uphill shots. They play 10 yards further.

Great course that challenges us to use imagination
This is one of my favourite courses in this region. Well designed and maintained it allows for both aggressive and creative lay ups. Well worth a visit.
4.5 hour rounds on a Sunday morning course is in great shape despite the hot weather

Course just gets better each time you play.
All the staff from starter to pros hop to on course drink buggy do a fantastic job.
Special tribute to grounds an,the greens are fantastic and all consistent, well done.
Wonderful Experience
Always find Savannah a wonderful layout even if my game does not cooperate. My recent outing was my best score on the layout so it made the round even more enjoyable.
The tee boxes, fairways and even the bunkers which have been in miserable disrepair on some courses I have played this season were all in excellent condition Also, the pro shop attendant, the starters, and the young woman on the beverage cart were most friendly.
However, I was disappointed with the number of pitch marks in the greens especially on the par 3's. I would suggest that the starters should be encouraged to remind golfers on check in to repair pitch marks during their rounds. Also, perhaps the marshals could
do the same while they patrol the course.
Fast pace fast greens
Had a beautiful day at Savannah. We had a twosome with a cart and were finished in just under 3 hrs. Greens were fast and the course was in great shape overall. Beautiful clubhouse and easy to get to. Would recommend this course for all levels of play. Oh... and the price was great as well.
Best Public Course Around
We had a 8:03 tee time, arrived at course at 7:40.
Starter told us to get ready and he would let us leave earlier.
We stared at 7:50 and finished at 11:05.
Course was in the best condition we have ever played. Credit to ground staff.
Had a fantastic day and beat the heat.
Must say excellant service from pro shop.
Excellant layout warrants a visit
I played this round with two other men who had not played this course before.
We all had an excellant day. The layout certainly was enjoying to all. The greens were in excellant condition and all were consistent. We all agreed at the end that we will definitely be returning.
It was my third time and by far the course was in its best condition.
Great course
Great course! Some really short par 3s , but fun course to play! Will definitely play there again.
Great Course very Scenic
Savannah golf course is very very affordable and every gofer should play it. The layout is superb, no two holes alike.
The par 4's. look very easy standing on the tee, however when you get close to the green it is another story. If you are far away from the pins a two putt is a bonus.
Would definitely play this course again. The greens had just been lightly spiked but all greens were consistent.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. All n all a most enjoyable day.
Great course for all levels of players
I have been playing at Savannah for many years and it's a challenging course, beautifully maintained and with great staff. It's picturesque and requires one to choose their clubs strategically. It is always nice to go there to play.
Short and tight
We played on a Tues which is men’s night. Pace of play was very slow and no marshals on the course . Will never play again on that day.
