Sprawling across rolling terrain, Savannah Golf Links features several dramatic elevation changes and several elevated tees and greens. Golfers will be sure to come across many uneven lies. At 6,213 yards from the back tees, it is not a long golf course but it puts a premium on accuracy in order to get a good store, making it a true shot-maker's golf course. Savannah Golf Links offers a variety of challenges, appealing to both low and high handicappers. The most notably difficult hole is the par-4 sixth. This 362-yard hole is a dogleg right with a small landing area that requires a second shot that will carry over water to a postage stamp green with a bunker placed in front.

Beautiful course, always in great condition.
To top it off, I got a hole in one on #3.
After the round, one of the staff members gave me a “hole in one” trophy and said my name would go on a plaque, which was a nice surprise.

Nice course. A great day out, very hot. The Ladies found it hot hot. Layout is great, we always like this course, very picturesque, the stone wall makes it very interesting. You just have to try it.
Nice course. Very fair but challenging!
Arrived a little late for my tee time, course was very accommodating. The course was in prime condition, fast greens and some holes where you had to think your way through. Very enjoyable round would definitely return.
Great Course to Play
The course is in excellent shape, the pace of play was perfect no waiting no bottle neck areas, every hole is different, very picturesque course. Everyone was very friendly from the starter to the bartenders and even Chris the Pro was very friendly and helpful giving a few tips to get around the course as boggy free as possible. I would highly recommend this course to any level of player.
Very interesting!!
Course layout demands a variety of shots. Good change in elevations, sand in strategic locations, enough water to keep you alert. Par 3s on the short size but with large greens .. chance to grab some birdies. Staff provided a layout book as we were first time players. Extremely useful. Course in good condition with the greens on the slow side. Looking forward to bringing some golfing buddies here.
course was in spring condition greens OK. Last time booking with Golfnow paid $12 for 2 using up further restricted rewards. Disappointed with fees and restrictions instituted by this booking engine. We are now using booking engines with no extra fees...Someone bring back Last Minute Golfer!

Ive always loved this place. But. Horrible pace of play
The only down side to the round. Book times 12 mins apart. Not 8. And it would be 5 stars all the way.

Yes, despite having an on-course marshal at all times, pace of play continues to be a challenge during our busy days...We're doing our best!

Excellent Course and Great Value
My wife and I (70 yrs) live in Downtown Kitchener and booked Savannah Links on a GolfNow Hot Deal. First time playing there. Excellent value with cart included.
The course was in excellent condition after the winter, tees, rough, fairways and greens were near perfect. Lots of water so make sure to check back of scorecard to learn where some hidden ponds are located. I hit what I thought were some great shots only to be shocked as I crested the hill to see a pond where I presumed a fairway would be. There are one or two quirky holes but interesting nevertheless. 6 par 3’s. Number 18 is one tough hole.
Very friendly reception at Pro Shop and Starter let us go early and there was no one ahead of us for entire 18 holes. A walking single playing behind us did just catch us at 18. We played in 3 hours and 15 minutes and enjoyed every minute.
A very interesting century old stone house wall on one hole that I got behind and had to chip out.
Check the course website as there is a section of Cheddar Creek Road Closed due to road construction between Myers and Waynco. We turned left off Water Street at Waynco and accessed course easily that way although a section of Waynco is gravel.
Overall a great round of golf on a superb course on a perfect afternoon of weather. We will certainly return.

Spring Round
I've played this course a few times and love the challenge. It requires accuracy over power. It's an easy walk, even with the elevation changes.

Great Day on the Course
Although it was a little cold, it was a great day at a great course! Savannah is definitely one of our favourite stops all summer long. Conditions are always fantastic and course is always challenging. Played in 3 hours due to the cold and the fact it was not busy. Thanks to all the staff for a great summer of golf!

Really enjoyed this round
Really enjoyed playing this round on an October Saturday. Started at 1250pm and finished at 4pm. Excellent pace and for some reason not a ton of people out there golfing. The only small issues we found were the greens not been cut recently ( probably because of the rain ), we couldn't drive on the fairways and no beverage cart at all on the course.
But all in all a fun round and I will definitely go back and play again. Not a super long course but the design makes you use every club in your bag. Really enjoyed the course
Hi Marc. Thank you for the 5 star review! A quick note regarding your points : 1. Daily cutting schedules are reduced when the grass slows down in the fall (supplement with heavy rolling). 2. Yes, we keep the carts off the fairways when we are wet to keep them in great shape. 3.
