Slow Play
The course is in good shape but the pace of play is very slow. Our threesome played faster than the twosome in front of us. We waited on every hole.
Can't beat Ditto!
For a Saturday, this course was a steal. It was extremely affordable, in fantastic condition, and nobody was behind us or in front of us the whole day!
I'll definitely be going back to Ditto!
Very fair course, keep up very well
Course will test all shots short and long fun to play, lots of trees
Well maintained, greens in great condition, bargain price
Played here two Fridays in a row and the course was not very crowded. The staff are very friendly and the course is in great shape. The greens are well maintained. Enjoyed playing there and will recommend the course to my friends.
This course is great
THE COURSE HAS A LOT OF RESK, BUT IN THE LONG RUN, PLEANTY REWARDS. YOU JUST CAN'T BE GREEDY, YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR TIME. YOU MUST MANAGE YOUR GAME. LOTS OF FUN.
The greens and fairways are in very good shape
Being a public course, it is very well maintain and plays at a reasonable speed, approximately 4 to 4.5 hours.
Course in good shape, a little slow.
Course was in good shape, play was a little slow. Staff was very nice, and the food we had in the grill was great. Pace of round would be only complaint, but it was Friday and i understand that.
Good course with some challenging holes. Like the water around the course and the wide fairways.
Have played Ditto a lot and it keeps challenging me every time. The maintenance staff have no concern for the player when they are mowing around the tee box or the greens. I had a tractor pulling a gang mower cut between me and the green as I was walking up to the green. I was within 10 feet of the green and he mowed right past me and then continued to mow around the green as we were putting. He seemed to follow us from green to green. When I mentioned it to the counterman he said "sorry about that" . That incident won't keep me from playing Ditto again but I will confront the maintenance man if he does it again.
A good course for around $20.00 a round.
Nice course
Everything well kept. Putts rolled true. Fun course. Back nine gets tight. Slow play on Saturday but also played behind foursome of beginners and a threesome of hackers. Definitely worth the drive.
Not bad for under $20
If you find this course for less than $20 I'd recommend playing. Definitely not the best course, but very playable for the average golfer. Some of the greens look and roll decent , some have the weed issue others mention. You get what you pay for here.
A Day at Chester Ditto
We played as a foursome on a very cloudy and wet day. The golf was great and so was the hospitality of the staff. Ditto has always been a fun and challenging golf course that is well managed.
