About
Thundering Waters Golf Club, so named for its proximity to the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, has a unique layout that combines a parkland course with the tricky elements of a heathland golf course. There is an interesting combination of drivable par 4s and scenic par 3s that will provide a formidable test for even the most skilled players. The golf course first winds through heavily wooded patches and then finds its way to rugged hills dotted with thick fescue where true links-style holes with deep bunkers and large, undulating greens await you. The layout also features several doglegs and more than 100 bunkers strategically placed throughout. Water hazards come into play on 10 holes. Thundering Waters Golf Club was Canada's first John Daly signature golf course.

Fabulous Course
Very well maintained. Not a long course but calls for some accurate shots. Well worth the $50 US. Highly recommend
Excellent Course
I was impressed with the condition of the course, was happy with the pace of play, the staff was very pleasant and it was overall, a really good experience. It has a nice layout and some challenging holes which becomes more of a factor depending upon what tees you're playing from. Greens were in great shape with putts running fast and true
I will happily come back again soon to play this beauty.
Workers need to be quite, bad bunkers
Trimming, lawn mowing in your swing, bunkers not a lot of sand, no range
Great day of golf
Well maintained course, conveniently located. Last week 12 of us got out and had a great day. Friendly staff, good pace of play and a reasonable green fee are all reasons I’ll be back.
Love to see a “cart server” out there sometime!
Manners
Bunkers were terrible. Workers on course had no golf etiquette. Kept equipment running while you’re swinging. Did not turn off.
Awesome course
Had a great day at the course. Very hot and humid day, and still had a blast! Very friendly staff, and generally a well kept course. There are a few details that could be better (bunker sand, tee decks), but at the end of the day, the design is awesome. Fairways and greens were great, and the various tees gave each player the option to either score well, or be humbled lol!
We will be back to seek some revenge, as we are still licking our wounds from playing the Daly tees.

Best course I ever played. Couldn’t beat the price using golf now app. Will definitely be back
Excellent fairways and Greens
Fairways like carpets. Fast and true greens. Several holes are risk/reward which can make the course challenging. Played white tees which are relatively short although the blues could have been used for my handicap. Sand traps were kind of wet and could use softer sand. Hot deal from Golf Now made it well worth the price.
Thundering Waters review
Excellent layout and greens and fairways in great shape. Very disappointed in the poor conditions of all sand bunkers. If this can be addressed, my ratings would be 5 star.

I purchased my round on GolfNow, $46 including cart. How can you go wrong on a Course like this played here many times and really liked the course. Challenging but not overly challenging. Great course I’m sure I’ll play it three or four more times this season.
