Aside from the pace (which was quite slow given the holiday), it was all good! The layout and slope are terrific and the greens are fast and in great shape throughout. A lot of fun!

Played east and north course with my son for a part of his 7th birthday celebration weekend. Unfortunately, we had little to celebrate. We got to the course early to practice. The driving range is covered but no drivers allowed and the hitting surface is on a pretty noticeable slope. When we went to check in the staff was nice but the shop pro did mention he had a lot of fivesomes on the course. SMH. We were paired up with two guys who were really cool and were cool with the fact that my son was playing. They pointed out it would probably be a five to five and a half hour round anyways and there was little chance my son would hold us up. The course was in pretty good shape in some parts and absolutely horrible in others. But the course plays so quick on the hillsides that a fantastic shot was penalized to roll off the fairway into the rough or off the course altogether. Also, the course was under water pipe maintenance in some holes and a few times my ball made it that way and was unable to find. Three other times I hit a decent drive or shot that should have been easy to find only to be riddled that the ball had magically disappeared. On top of all of it the course was probably a bit to hard for my kid even though he did have some really good shots. We left after I hit a bomb on the 4th hole (our 13th hole) of the north course after I couldn’t find the ball. We were mentally checked out of the round. One positive this is the greens. The are nice and rolled really well. One highlight of the day was one of our playing partners holed out for eagle from about 150yds on the 4th hole of the east course. So, all in all I will probably not play here again. The greens are nice but I’d rather safe money and the travel and just not play if had to do it all over again. The place just isn’t my cup of tea.

Pace of play was decent as we played in 4 hrs/15 min. Tee boxes grass are looking real good, greens are super slick/fast.

Challenging course. Not meant for a beginner. With the fivesome ahead of our threesome, it guaranteed we were waiting at least 5 minutes on each hole. Still a great course for the value.

Greens were in good shape pretty fast. That's all that is good about this course. Tee boxes, fairways have no coverage, bad shape.

Teed off at 12:30 but only played 15 holes due to pace of play. Two fivesomes in front of my group. Didn’t think that was allowed during Covid. Fairways were in terrible shape. Many patches of dead grass or just plain dirt. Even the ball washer on the cart had dirty water in it. Not a course for beginning golfers. Very hilly and uneven lies. Greens were is decent shape.

Played the East North courses at 12:45. Two fivesome groups in front of us. Course fairways are in bad shape. Dry or dead grass along with dirt patches. Even the golf cart ball washer had dirty water in it so my ball had chunks of dirt on it after I ‘washed’ it. Didn’t get 18 holes in before dark. Disappointing.
